 The
 
 Electrical &amp; Planning Supervisor
 
 will be responsible to ensure smooth operation of electrical equipment through quality PM / CM and ensure the reliability of electrical system.
 
 
 
 Core Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Electrical Operation &amp; Maintenance&ndash; Hands on experience of Operation &amp; Maintenance of electrical equipment like Motors &amp; allied starters, VFDs, Transformers, Diesel Generators, LT / HT Switchgears, 132 KV Grid Station, PFI Panels, Solar System, design of electrical system, familiarization with maintenance techniques like alignment, &amp; condition monitoring, IMS/ GMP requirements etc.

 To supervise the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment at the plant as per the maintenance schedule. To arrange spares for electrical equipment at the plant. To assure the implementation of IMS-related activities under the guidance of seniors. Reporting the daily plant shutdown and checking the logbook of the electrical section. Ensure the electrical troubleshooting of appliances in the shortest possible time. Well familiar with Electricity Rules &amp; Regulations

 Maintenance Activities &ndash; The incumbent will be responsible for effective &amp; timely maintenance of overall electrical system &amp; allied auxiliaries to assure compliance of all PM &amp; condition-based schedules through SAP, creation &amp; implementation of PM / CM schedules and to introduce an smart maintenance techniques / tool for the optimize utilization of resources.

 Responsible to evaluate the critical store items to keep the plant in operation, PR generation, evaluation QEMs for selection of material and follow up on deliveries through development of critical machine parts list and regular update the status.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Project Execution Activities &ndash; Responsible to share new quality ideas, preparation of their feasibility reports, BOQs, follow up for procurement of material and ensure safe execution of capex / MOC projects in stipulated time. Contract management will be mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 EHS Responsibilities &ndash; Will be responsible for implementation of EHS standards, carrying out risk assessments &amp; ensure safe working environment for subordinates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cost Reduction Initiatives &ndash; Identify all cost reduction opportunities in the area of responsibility and electrical section to ensure efficient operation. Recommend new equipment, methods and procedures that could considerably reduce labor expenses.
 </li>
 <li>
 People Development &ndash; Communicate and build relationships with stakeholders, through a team-based approach, to ensure business needs are met with high quality in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Develop all working staff awareness related to best working practices. Supervision &amp; guidance for technical direction regarding scheduling &amp; maintenance activities. To follow TNA for workers and peers&rsquo; development.

 Mandatory Requirements

 Employer Branding &amp; Early Talent Programs &ndash; Lead arrangements for and represent Rafhan at campus drives, job fairs, and other branding events. Maintain relationships with university career offices and manage the execution of Internship and Management Trainee Program. Develop, curate and manage content/promotional materials for Rafhan Maize&rsquo;s social media and digital presence.

 Learning &amp; Development &ndash; Support the implementation of the annual training plans by coordinating with external vendors and internal facilitators. Monitor participation in e-learning modules, maintain training records, and assist in reporting learning metrics to stakeholders.

 Data Analytics &amp; Special Projects &ndash; Gather, interpret, and present relevant HR data through dashboards and reports that inform decision-making. Collaborate on special projects and contribute to digitization initiatives that drive process improvement and innovation.

 Employee Engagement &ndash; Lead the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including Town Halls, HR Connects, and recognition programs. Coordinate logistics for engagement surveys and employee feedback mechanisms, ensuring timely follow-up and action planning.

 Internal Communication &ndash; Design, develop, and distribute internal communication materials such as newsletters, email campaigns, and digital updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and engaging messaging.
 </li>
 <li>
 HR Business Partnering Support &ndash; Provide operational and project support to HR Business Partners across various people-related processes, including performance management, talent reviews, and employee relations initiatives where needed.
 </li>

 Recruitment and Onboarding - Providing support in the full recruitment cycle, including job announcements, screening, interviewing, and onboarding process for new hires. Assist in keeping hiring tracker and information up to date.
