Ingrid Miller Medical Spa is seeking a Licensed Esthetician with strong communication and sales skills to join our team as a Front Desk &amp; Skincare Sales Consultant.This role is ideal for an entry-level or early-career esthetician who loves client interaction, is confident speaking with people, and wants to grow in the sales and consultation side of a high-end medical spa.You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in converting leads into booked appointments and treatment packages. You will be trained directly by Ingrid Miller, a Brazilian nurse with over 20 years of experience, using our exclusive consultation and sales approach.This is not a cabin-only position. While the primary focus is client relations, consultations, scheduling, and sales, the professional will also perform selected treatments and evaluations when appropriate, creating additional opportunities for relationship-building and sales growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome and assist clients in person, by phone, System and via WhatsApp</li><li>Convert new leads into consultations and treatment bookings</li><li>Perform skincare consultations and explain treatment options clearly and confidently</li><li>Sell treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products (commission-based)</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups</li><li>Maintain a professional, organized, and luxury front desk environment</li><li>Support the clinical team with client flow and communication</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Active Florida Esthetician License (Full Specialist or Facial Specialist)</li><li>Fluent English required</li><li>Spanish required</li><li>Strong communication skills and interest in sales</li><li>Organized, reliable, and committed to professional growth</li><li>Open to training and learning Ingrid Miller&rsquo;s protocols and consultation method</li><li>Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are welcome</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary Hours + commission on sales</li><li>Employee discounts on treatments and products</li><li>Direct mentorship and hands-on training with Ingrid Miller</li><li>Growth opportunities within a luxury medical spa environment</li><li>Exposure to advanced technologies and exclusive protocols</li></ul>Location Weston, FLIf you are passionate about aesthetics, enjoy working with people, and want to grow in a sales-focused role within a premium medical spa, we would love to meet you!Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
