There are two main Go-To-Market (GTM) Divisions within Inhabit: Residential and Short-Term Rental (STR). While these divisions operate whithin their respective go-to-markets, there is cross-division collaboration and alignment when it comes to key business processes, best practices, and marketing operations standard operating procedures and definitions. A Marketing Lead within this organization is a senior-level individual contributor (IC) with strong general experience in campaign planning and marketing that can be applied to our stated ecosystems.</p><p><b>
Job Description Summary</b></p><p>
This position will report directly to the marketing services team manager. They will be responsible for helping to plan, develop, publish and maintain marketing websites for Inhabit&rsquo;s digital marketing team across a variety of products.

The primary marketing technology in place across a portfolio of 40+ web properties is WordPress hosted on the WP Engine platform.
</p><p>In this role, you&rsquo;ll build new websites, maintain current websites, create landing pages for email marketing campaigns and PPC campaigns. A basic knowledge of SEO and CRO will be a vital part of the day to day. You&rsquo;ll work closely with marketing managers, designers, content creators, search engine managers, and other stakeholders to optimize websites and build landing pages that drive leads.</p><p>
Finally, you&rsquo;ll also help behind the scenes to maintain plugins, themes and the WordPress core for all the websites we manage. Experience using page builder themes like Divi and Elementor will enable the candidate to more quickly step into this role.
</p><p>While this is not a full-stack developer role, experience with HTML, CSS, javascript, and PHP would be helpful, but not required.

A Senior Campaign Strategist reports directly to a Director-level manager within the Residential or STR Division with opportunities existing in the PropTech, FinTech, Professional Services and InsurTech portions of the organization. A Senior Campaign Strategist is responsible for defining the types of content along the customer journey with the objective of leveraging relevant content to meet the customer where they are at and move them through the journey (the right content, to the right audience, at the right time). They also support the development and execution of sales collateral and sales enablement materials.</div></div><p>
</p><p></p><div><div>A Senior Campaign Strategist executes short-form and long-form campaigns across all marketing channels and has demonstrated experience in testing and optimizing content within each channel to improve performance while keeping brand continuity in personality and tone so content works cross-channels in an integrated campaign.
</div></div><p></p><div><div>A typical day could include ideating a campaign theme, executing a post on social media, writing a marketing email as part of a campaign, reviewing Google Analytics for on-page performance for new content that was just added to the site, or looking at the customer journey and ideating campaign or optimization ideas for each stage.

At least 5 years of general marketing experience required</li><li>
