INSIGHT2PROFIT is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our Technology team in a part-time role that delivers real-world experience you can proudly put on your resume. As an Application Support Coordinator, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in keeping our internal business platform (DRIVE) running smoothly while you support users, troubleshoot issues, and work across tech and business teams to resolve problems quickly and professionally.</div><div></div><div><br>
You&rsquo;ll manage incoming support tickets, dig into technical challenges, test new features, maintain accurate user access and data, and help launch new tools. This is hands-on work where you&rsquo;ll sharpen your communication skills, see agile in action, and learn how a growing company uses technology to drive performance.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div><ul><li>
Monitor and respond to support tickets, emails, and occasional video calls</li><li>
Troubleshoot technical issues; escalate complex ones to the right team</li><li>
Manage user access to systems and client-facing applications</li><li>
Keep application data accurate and up-to-date</li><li>
Participate in application testing and support portal launches</li></ul><div><b>
Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Pursuing an Associate or Bachelor<b>&rsquo;s</b> in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related field</li><li>
Strong communicator &mdash; able to work with technical and non-technical users</li><li>
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable</li><li>
Experience with MS Office (required); web application development familiarity (preferred)</li><li>
Experience in a customer service role (preferred)</li><li>
Comfortable working independently during onsite morning shifts</li></ul><div><b>
