 As a Graphic Designer at INITIO Parfums Priv&eacute;s, you will work with the Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Visual Merchandising teams to create and refine marketing assets across digital and print channels. This role supports the brand&rsquo;s vision, elevates its prestige, and reports to the Director of Brand Marketing.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and produce designs for promotional marketing materials, print collateral, in-store and salon merchandising, e-commerce banners, trade ads, and product renderings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resize, optimize, and prepare imagery for digital and print, maintaining consistency and high-quality visual presentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising (VM) team to create planograms for stores in line with brand guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create marketing collateral, including bounce-back cards, business cards, product cards, and email signatures, ensuring a premium aesthetic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare files for print production, verifying technical requirements such as color profiles, bleed settings, and resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with a range of media and graphic design software to produce creative solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the marketing team to execute designs across various media platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design QR codes and Linktree assets for digital marketing and social media, ensuring they are on-brand and user-friendly
 </li>

 Communication Skills: Clearly explain design choices and collaborate effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Time Management: Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
 </li>

 Problem-Solving: Address design challenges with creative solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adaptability: Work with evolving design software and industry trends.
 </li>

 Desired Background and Experience:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in graphic design or related discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in design, preferably in an agency, studio, or in-house environment; beauty industry experience is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and versatility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly proficient in all aspects of design, with the ability to produce polished, professional visual materials.
 </li>
