We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations. The candidate will assist across multiple HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR documentation. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want to build a strong foundation in Human Resources.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer coordination</li><li>Support onboarding and induction of new employees</li><li>Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation</li><li>Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination</li><li>Support performance management and appraisal processes</li><li>Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws</li><li>Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures</li><li>Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS</li><li>Support training and development activities</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
