This is not a corporate media job &mdash; it&rsquo;s hands-on, idea-driven, and flexible. Perfect for a college student, influencer, or self-taught creator who understands how to make content that actually connects.You&rsquo;ll help us:<ul><li>Come up with creative video ideas that fit our brand and audience</li><li>Film and capture real, authentic behind-the-scenes moments (using your phone or ours)</li><li>Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts</li><li>Post and schedule content, write engaging captions, and follow trending sounds</li><li>Stay on top of social media trends, memes, and formats</li></ul>We&rsquo;re Looking For Someone Who:<ul><li>Has experience creating short-form video content (even for your own social media)</li><li>Understands how trends work and can adapt them to different topics</li><li>Has a good eye for visuals, humor, and storytelling</li><li>Is comfortable filming in real-life environments (office, people, etc.)</li><li>Is reliable, creative, and organized</li><li>Brings positive energy and enjoys being part of a team</li></ul>Tools You&rsquo;ll Use<ul><li>Your smartphone (no pro camera needed)</li><li>Basic editing software (CapCut, VN, Final Cut, or anything you already use)</li><li>Canva or similar for simple graphics and captions</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Part-time: ~5&ndash;10 hours per week (flexible schedule)</li><li>Occasional in-person filming in Riverside, CA</li></ul>GrowthThis role can grow into a Social Media Lead position as we expand our content channels.How to ApplyEmail andrewchoidds@gmail.com with the subject line: &ldquo;Content Creator &ndash; [Your Name]&rdquo; and include:<ul><li>Your IG/TikTok/YouTube handle(s)</li><li>Links to 2&ndash;3 relevant videos you&rsquo;ve made</li><li>A 60&ndash;90 second video (phone is fine) answering BOTH questions below</li><li>Q1: Pitch one short-form video you&rsquo;d make for our brand this week.
