The Radiology Coder is a Full Time, Project position working Monday-Friday 6:30am-4pm PST. This position is expected to last 6+ months. Eligible for a 5% project differential.</h2>
Summary: The Radiology Coder I is responsible for the timely completion of coding and charge entry as assigned. This is an entry level role suitable for coders new to radiology or transitioning into a specialty.
General Description: Organizational, communication (written, verbal and personal), problem solving, prioritizing and decision-making skills are routinely used in everyday activities. There is minimum supervision and appropriate initiative must be taken to complete projects by the deadlines given. Completes on-site routine and complex encounter form coding for ambulatory professional services; acts as an expert on third party billing, cash management, referral, and coding processes.

Shows proficiency in coding for at least one of our companies (IIPS/IIAPS/IILLC).</li><li>

Solicits requests for additional information from physicians and providers when necessary.</li><li>
Responds to colleague&rsquo;s coding requests for information in a timely manner.

Assists with annual coding audits as requested.</li><li>
Keeps abreast of coding changes and payer guidelines
</li><li>Checks for appropriate codes, billing areas, billing providers, etc.</li><li>
Reviews operative reports and selects the appropriate codes for charges of hospital procedures.</li><li>
Reports information (supplied by hospital, staff and/or physician) to supervisor that may not be correct.</li><li>
Codes procedural reports with the appropriate CPT and ICD10 code to match all services performed.
</li><li>Reviews operative reports/consults in order to code.</li><li>
Reviews E &amp; M codes for appropriate coding and billing.
</li><li>Continuous communication with physicians and staff to ensure that all services provided are accounted for.</li><li>
Monitors and works the Coder Worklist in SCRIPT.</li><li>
Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.</li></ul>

The Creative &amp; Design Manager is a Full Time, Regular position working Monday-Friday day shift at the Inland Imaging Business Center Downtown Spokane. Opportunity to work hybrid after training.</h2>
Summary: The primary role of the Creative &amp; Design Manager is to help develop the brand narrative in collaboration with the Director of Marketing to craft messaging that identifies and achieves branding and business objectives for the company. The Creative &amp; Design Manager also determines how to most effectively visually communicate that messaging across print, social media, email, and other media and platforms. The Creative &amp; Design manager works with the Director of Marketing, and company leadership to develop and implement the company&rsquo;s annual strategic marketing plan for Inland Imaging and its associated companies. 
General Description: This position oversees the entire design and production process. The Creative &amp; Design Manager collaborates with the marketing team to help communicate complex concepts; value propositions and messages through clear and compelling design and visual graphics; resulting in high quality communications, including presentations, illustrations, sales collateral, website visuals, tradeshow materials and signage for imaging centers. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent brand standards and managing the visual asset and collateral needs of the company. They also work with freelance designers, photographers, clients, print and sign vendors. 
The Creative &amp; Design Manager will use a variety of skills in this position, position at Inland combines the skills of a brand manager, graphic designer and art director, relying heavily on layout software, (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft word and presentation programs). The designer will possess artistic ability and be able to think creatively to design eye-catching and effective graphics. Must be able to come up with strategies for layouts and artistic concepts and create visual images that engage, attract and sell. Must be responsive to staff needs to create new and original ideas, open to change and able to adjust to shifting priorities. This position also entails the skills of a print production artist who is responsible for commercial printer operations and how to navigate pre-production, printer approval process, and final artwork files.
