Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Project Planning &amp; Design: Reviewing drawings, site analysis, developing project plans, estimating costs, and ensuring compliance with codes.</li><li>Construction Supervision: Overseeing daily tasks (excavation, concrete, masonry), setting out sites, and ensuring work follows technical drawings.</li><li>Quality &amp; Safety Management: Implementing safety protocols, conducting inspections, ensuring high-quality materials, and adhering to regulations.</li><li>Resource &amp; Team Management: Managing site staff, supervising subcontractors, procuring materials, and coordinating with clients, architects, and surveyors.</li><li>Budget &amp; Schedule Control: Monitoring progress against timelines, managing budgets, and addressing delays or discrepancies.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Problem Solving: Preparing site reports, logging progress, providing technical advice, and resolving on-site issues creatively.</li></ul>Core Duties:<ul><li>Site Inspections: Regular checks for quality and adherence to plans.</li><li>Technical Liaison: Acting as the main technical contact for various stakeholders.</li><li>Documentation: Preparing bar bending schedules, progress reports, and technical files.</li><li>Site Leadership: Guiding site workers and ensuring efficient workflow.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Procurement Management:<ul><li>Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and requisitions.</li><li>Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers (price, quality).</li><li>Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.</li><li>Monitor market trends for cost-saving opportunities.</li></ul>Site Coordination:<ul><li>Coordinate timely delivery of materials to project sites/stores.</li><li>Track shipments and update order statuses.</li><li>Monitor on-site inventory levels and manage stock.</li><li>Resolve issues with suppliers (delays, quality, discrepancies).</li></ul>Vendor &amp; Supplier Relations:<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance.</li></ul>Administration &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Maintain accurate purchase records, pricing, and documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with finance for timely invoice processing/payments.</li><li>Prepare reports on purchasing activities and costs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies.</li></ul>Internal Coordination:<ul><li>Work with internal teams (production, finance, project managers) to understand needs and forecast requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.</li><li>Experience: Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or coordination.</li><li>Skills: Negotiation, communication, organization, time management, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office/procurement software.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
