Job Description:</b></h4><p>
We are looking for a dynamic and patient individual to join our team as a Medical Technology Relationship Executive. This role involves building strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, demonstrating the benefits of our innovative technology product, and supporting adoption at the clinic or hospital level.</p><p>
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, well-spoken individual with prior experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical fieldwork. You must have a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present and explain technical products in a simple, persuasive manner.</p>

 </div></div><div><div><ul><li>Reach out to doctors via phone and schedule in-person appointments
 </li><li>Visit clinics and hospitals, wait patiently for doctors to become available
 </li><li>Deliver structured and engaging product demonstrations to doctors and staff
 </li><li>Explain the benefits and use-cases of our healthcare technology solution
 </li><li>Follow up consistently and provide clarifications until the doctor is confident to adopt the product
 </li><li>Maintain a record of visits, feedback, and queries
 </li><li>Travel extensively within and occasionally outside the city as required
 </li><li>Build trust through consistency, humility, and professionalism
</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Candidate Profile:</b></h5>
 </div></div><div><div><ul><li>Experience: 1&ndash;2 years in medical sales, pharmaceutical fieldwork, or medical device/services promotion
 </li><li>Preferred Background: Pharma rep, medical equipment sales, or healthcare services marketing
 </li><li>Education: Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or any field with relevant sales experience
 </li><li>Gender Preference: Male (due to the nature of frequent city and intercity travel)
 </li><li>Language: Fluent in English and local language (Kannada, Hindi, etc., based on region)
 </li><li>Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
