 About The Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a highly skilled, fast-moving Video Editor to produce short-form, high-impact videos that elevate Innodata&rsquo;s brand and generate demand. This contractor will transform product narratives, executive interviews, and subject matter expertise into compelling digital content optimized for YouTube and TikTok.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Produce 30&ndash;90 second product videos explaining Innodata&rsquo;s AI, data engineering, and agentic evaluation capabilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Convert technical content into visually engaging, business-relevant narratives
 </li>
 <li>
 Create variations optimized for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn
 </li>
 <li>
 Edit interviews with internal leaders and external subject matter experts
 </li>
 <li>
 Extract compelling sound bites and micro-content
 </li>
 <li>
 Add motion graphics, subtitles, charts, and branded visual elements
 </li>
 <li>
 Help launch and scale Innodata&rsquo;s YouTube and TikTok channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop repeatable visual formats and series concepts
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and posting cadence
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with demand generation to align video content with campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce gated and ungated video assets to support landing pages
 </li>
 <li>
 Track engagement metrics and recommend optimization strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Position Target Deliverables:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 8&ndash;12 short-form videos per month
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;2 longer-form YouTube videos per month
 </li>
 <li>
 Consistent branded visual style guide
 </li>
 <li>
 Monthly analytics report (views, engagement, CTR, watch time)
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 </ul>
 
 Job Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of professional video editing experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience creating short-form social video content
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong motion graphics and captioning skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience building or growing YouTube and/or TikTok channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to translate technical B2B concepts into clear visual storytelling
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with performance marketing and demand generation
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of SEO and platform algorithms
 </li>
 </ul>
