 What you'll be doing:
 
 
 
 As operation manager you are expected to manage the overall performance and governance of the Statement of Work (SOW), manage the day-to-day operations in accordance with the requirements of the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) set out in the SOW in partnership with and as delegated by the Project Managers, promptly identify and resolve Service delivery issues including implementation of preventive measures, handle transition management during set-up phase or expansion phase .
 
 
 
 
 
 As a leader, you need to provide people management, mentorship, and career development to members, including your managers and agents/raters, achieve low attrition levels and high employee engagement. Drive Team Managers to deliver continuous improvement and productivity gains. Collaborate with Training and Quality Managers and Trainers to ensure the blend and harmony of training and quality assurance initiatives with Project Delivery initiatives to optimize production time. Flag and escalate business risks to both internal and external stake holders, keeping mind the internal strategies to support Innodata overall Project Delivery goals and objectives.

 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 HR Policies and Compliance:
 
 Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
 
 
 
 Performance Management
 
 : Support the performance management process, including goalsetting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions. Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs for employees.
 
 
 
 Benefits Administration:
 
 Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related questions.
 
 
 
 HR Data Management:
 
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems. Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making. Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, including benefits, attendance records, annual
 
 
 reviews, etc. Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
 
 
 
 Employee Engagement:
 
 Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives. Organize and coordinate employee events and activities.
 
 
 
 Employee Reviews:
 
 Evaluating employee performance, appraising their pay scale, accordingly, assisting with annual reviews, and coordinating disciplinary actions, including terminations if necessary.
 
 
 
 Performance Management:
 
 Support the performance management process, including goalsetting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions. Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs for employees.
 
 
 
 Onboarding:
 
 Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization through orientation, training, and providing necessary resources.
 
 
 
 Exit Interviews:
 
 Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback, identify trends, and address any concerns or issues related to their departure.
 
 
 
 Separation Process:
 
 Coordinate the termination process, including notifying relevant stakeholders, collecting company property, deactivating access, and processing final payments.
 
 
 
 Documentation:
 
 Prepare termination documentation, including termination letters, separation agreements, and related paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
 
 
 
 Benefits Administration:
 
 Provide information and assistance to departing employees regarding benefits continuation, COBRA, and other post-employment benefits options.
 
 
 
 Legal Compliance:
 
 Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the termination process, including adherence to notice periods, severance requirements, and final paycheck deadlines.
 
 
 
 Offboarding:
 
 Assist with offboarding activities, such as updating employee records, removing access to company systems, and communicating departure details to relevant departments.
 
 
 
 Employee Relations:
 
 Handle termination-related inquiries and issues from employees, managers, and other stakeholders, providing guidance and support as needed to maintain positive employee relations.
 
 
 
 What we need you to bring:
