POSITION SUMMARY:</b></h1><p>
Serve as production planner for digital print projects and act as liaison between client or Project Manager and Digital Production staff.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
 </b><b>POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li>
Take ownership of Digital Print Projects throughout the planning process</li><li>
Plan Digital Print Projects for cost-effective and timely production</li><li>
Produce Job Tickets, Shipping Lists, Stock Request Forms, Packing Lists, In-Process Verification Sheets and other forms necessary for successful production of Digital Print Projects</li><li>
Complete Estimates for live jobs when needed and assist Estimator when necessary on quotes for possible jobs</li><li>
Complete Request for Schedule Forms for submission to Scheduler and provide timing information to relevant parties (sales, Project Manager, etc.)</li><li>
Work with Purchasing to obtain materials, hardware, etc. for projects</li><li>
Assist management with any projects or tasks as needed</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
PERSONAL POSITION ATTRIBUTES:</b></h1><p>
Must be excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. Must have judgment and organizational skills and must possess strong people skills and ability to work in a team setting.</p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:</b></h1><p>
Associates degree or equivalent work experience required as well as minimum of 5 years experience in digital print and a thorough knowledge of digital printing and finishing technologies and principles. A solid working knowledge of the printing process is required.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
