Your future role.
As Sales Manager who will be responsible for sales and marketing activities for Geared Motors (GM) in Ankara region, you will;<ul><li>
Build strategic alliances with OEMs, System Integrators, End Users, EPCs and keep building relationships and networking with decision makers.</li><li>
Develop technical solutions and prepare quotations for customer inquiries.</li><li>
Coordinate commercial, logistics, legal and other relevant teams during quotation preparation and contract negotiation.</li><li>
Follow up internal processes from order to dispatch by coordinating related teams to ensure successful delivery, commissioning and after sales support.</li><li>
Manage and improve partners in the region</li><li>
Perform market analysis in region, follow market trends and supply feedback to the product management to maintain Innomotics&rsquo; trendsetter position.</li><li>
Promote product highlights in line with the global product strategy. Work in close cooperation with Marketing Communication to use effective media appearance, ensure target audience coverage with key messages.</li><li>
Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies in region to increase sales volume and expand the customer base.</li><li>
Present portfolio in exhibitions and summits, perform seminars to market professionals, issue technical articles for industry media, work in close cooperation with related parties to perform marketing communication activities.</li></ul>
Your profile<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Electrical-Electronics Engineering</li><li>
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales &amp; marketing</li><li>
Experience in partner management</li></ul><ul><li>
Very good knowledge in geared motors, gear boxes and power transmission</li><li>
Experience on drive applications and power transmission in industries like Cement, Mining, Iron&amp;Steel, Intralogistics, Automotive, Oil&amp;Gas, Power Generation, Water, Marine, Pulp&amp;Paper or similar.</li></ul><ul><li>
Excellent command of English</li><li>
Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation and good communication skills</li><li>
Ability to drive and travel intensively around the region</li></ul>
