Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and innovative Motion Graphic Designer &amp; VideoProducer who can lead our visual storytelling across digital platforms. The idealcandidate is highly skilled in motion graphics, end-to-end video production, and thelatest AI-driven video creation tools. This role requires both creative vision and strongtechnical expertise to produce high-impact video content that aligns with our brand andmarketing goals.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conceptualize and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual</li></ul>assets for marketing, branding, and product communication.<ul><li>Handle the complete video production cycle</li></ul><ul><li>Utilize AI-based video creation and enhancement tools to elevate content</li></ul>efficiency and creativity.<ul><li>Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to translate ideas into</li></ul>compelling video narratives.<ul><li>Maintain brand consistency while introducing innovative visual techniques.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of high-</li></ul>standard outputs.<ul><li>Optimize videos for social media, digital ads, product demos, and internal</li></ul>communication.Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>4+ years of proven experience in motion graphics and video production.</li></ul><ul><li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator,</li></ul>Photoshop, and other industry tools.<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with AI video tools</li></ul><ul><li>Solid understanding of video editing workflows, compositing, color grading, and</li></ul>sound design.<ul><li>Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling ability, and attention to detail.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul>Desirable Skills<ul><li>Experience leading creative projects.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of cinematography and advanced shooting techniques.</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with 3D design or animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.).</li></ul>Key Skills :<ul><li>Motion Graphics</li></ul><ul><li>Video Editing</li></ul><ul><li>Video Production</li></ul>&bull; AI Video Tools*<ul><li>Adobe Premiere Pro</li></ul><ul><li>Adobe After Effects</li></ul><ul><li>Camera Handling &amp; Cinematography</li></ul><ul><li>Creative Direction</li></ul><ul><li>Animation &amp; Visual Effects (VFX)</li></ul><ul><li>Digital Content</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;80,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>1.Do you have hands-on experience using AI-based video creation or enhancement tools in professional projects?
