&#61623; Talent Acquisition &amp; Hiring<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for inbound customer support roles (CSA, Sr. CSA, Team Leaders, QA, Trainers, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, offer roll-out, and onboarding.</li><li>Maintain hiring SLAs to meet process ramp-up requirements and attrition backfills.</li></ul>&#61623; Employee Onboarding &amp; Induction<ul><li>Conduct HR induction, documentation, background verification, and policy briefing.</li><li>Ensure smooth joining formalities and handover to training/operations.</li></ul>&#61623; Employee Engagement &amp; Retention<ul><li>Plan employee engagement activities, R&amp;R programs, and motivational initiatives for support staff.</li><li>Identify attrition trends and implement retention strategies to reduce employee turnover.</li><li>Conduct skip-level meetings, grievance handling, and exit interviews.</li></ul>&#61623; Performance Management<ul><li>Drive the performance appraisal cycle for support teams and leadership roles.</li><li>Work closely with operations for PIP (Performance Improvement Plans) and career development programs.</li></ul>&#61623; Payroll, Compliance &amp; HR Operations<ul><li>Manage attendance, leaves, shifts, and payroll coordination.</li><li>Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops &amp; Establishments Act, etc.).</li><li>Maintain HRMS records, employee files, and HR audit documentation.</li></ul>&#61623; Policy Implementation &amp; Discipline<ul><li>Implement HR policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.</li><li>Resolve employee disputes, grievances, and escalate issues when necessary.</li></ul>&#61623; Training &amp; Development Coordination<ul><li>Work with L&amp;D / Training teams to identify skill gaps and execute training calendars.</li><li>Support soft skills, communication, and leadership development programs.</li></ul>&#61623; Stakeholder Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with Operations, WFM, Quality, and Training teams to support manpower planning and employee well-being.</li><li>Serve as HR business partner for inbound customer support vertical.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HRBP: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
