This role is ideal for individuals passionate about microbiological research and quality assurance in the pesticide industry.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.</li><li>Develop and optimize microbiological formulations for pesticides.</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality control standards and protocols.</li><li>Perform microbial testing to assess product efficacy and safety.</li><li>Document test results, maintain lab records, and prepare technical reports.</li><li>Assist in research and development projects to improve existing products.</li><li>Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the laboratory.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>BSc. / MSc.
