Position: Senior HR Executive Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 3&ndash;4 YearsKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)</li><li>Manage complete employee lifecycle (joining to exit formalities)</li><li>Process monthly payroll accurately and on time</li><li>Coordinate with accounts/consultants for salary disbursement</li><li>Manage attendance, leave, OT &amp; payroll inputs</li><li>Handle statutory compliances: PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF</li><li>Prepare payroll reports, salary slips &amp; MIS</li><li>Implement HR policies, SOPs &amp; ensure compliance</li><li>Handle employee relations, grievances &amp; engagement activities</li><li>Support performance management &amp; appraisal process</li><li>Maintain HR records &amp; documentation</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or relevant field</li><li>3&ndash;4 years of experience in HR operations, payroll &amp; recruitment</li><li>Strong knowledge of payroll processing</li><li>Good communication &amp; coordination skills</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
