Now Hiring: Quality Assurance Engineer &ndash; AI/ML Model Validation Location: Remote (India) Employment Type: Full-TimePosition Overview We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer (AI/ML Model Validation) to join our cross-functional agile team. You will design and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of AI/ML systems. As the quality expert, you&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver intelligent, high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for AI/ML models</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript)</li><li>Validate AI model performance and monitor drift with automated alert systems</li><li>Conduct data quality assessments for training and inference datasets</li><li>Implement contract and integration testing for microservices architecture</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment</li><li>Identify, reproduce, and track defects while ensuring timely resolution</li><li>Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)</li><li>Improve test automation frameworks, processes, and AI/ML validation methods</li><li>Perform chaos engineering and fault injection testing for service resilience</li><li>Maintain test documentation, automation frameworks, and quality dashboards</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or related field</li><li>4+ years in Software QA with 2+ years in test automation</li><li>2+ years hands-on experience with Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript)</li><li>1+ years testing AI/ML systems or data-driven applications</li><li>Strong in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and API testing (REST, GraphQL)</li><li>Knowledge of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes</li><li>Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills</li><li>Passionate about Quality Assurance in AI/ML domains and continuous learning</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Work remotely from anywhere in India</li><li>Collaborate with global teams at the forefront of AI and automation</li><li>Opportunity to innovate and define AI/ML testing best practices</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;900,000.00 - &#8377;1,100,000.00 per yearExperience:<ul><li>Python Development: 2 years (Required)</li><li>AI Model Testing: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
