Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive with strong experience in recruitment and payroll processing, along with solid knowledge of UAE labor laws. This role requires an individual who can manage end-to-end hiring processes, handle payroll operations with accuracy, and ensure compliance with all applicable employment regulations in Dubai.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.</li><li>Post job ads on appropriate platforms and manage talent pipelines.</li><li>Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments.</li><li>Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.</li><li>Organize orientation sessions for new employees.</li><li>Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and timely for all employees.</li><li>Maintain payroll records and employee attendance data.</li><li>Ensure payroll complies with WPS (Wage Protection System) requirements.</li><li>Calculate overtime, incentives, bonuses, end-of-service benefits, and gratuity.</li><li>Coordinate with finance and ensure accurate salary disbursements.</li><li>Handle statutory filings and documentation related to payroll.</li><li>Ensure HR and payroll practices are aligned with Dubai/UAE labor laws and regulations.</li><li>Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure documentation is up to date.</li><li>Support with visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and employee medicals.</li><li>Assist in disciplinary actions and termination processes in accordance with UAE legal requirements.</li><li>Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, and legal entitlements.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2-4 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to payroll and recruitment.</li><li>Mandatory experience in handling payroll in the UAE.</li><li>Strong understanding of Dubai/UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR best practices.</li><li>Proficient in HRIS systems and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local payroll tools).</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Certification in HR or payroll (e.g., CIPD, PHR, CHRP).</li><li>Experience working in a multinational or outsourcing environment is an advantage.</li><li>Familiarity with PRO (Public Relations Officer) processes in Dubai.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your expected salary?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Payroll: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Recruitment: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>
