With a team of 50+ talented professionals, we are expanding our horizons and seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead our Finance &amp; Accounts department.Role Overview:&middot; As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial health of our organization.&middot; Your role will encompass financial reporting, budgeting, and overseeing day-to-day accounting operations.&middot; The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and leadership.Responsibilities:1. Financial Management:&middot; Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.&middot; Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast.&middot; Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic financial decisions.2. Accounting Operations:&middot; Supervise and lead the accounting team in day-to-day operations.&middot; Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.&middot; Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions.3. Budgeting and Forecasting:&middot; Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor annual budgets.&middot; Prepare financial forecasts and variance analyses.&middot; Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.4. Compliance and Auditing:&middot; Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.&middot; Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.&middot; Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.5. Financial Reporting:&middot; Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to leadership.&middot; Communicate financial results and insights to non-financial stakeholders.&middot; Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. From lighting and curtain controls to AC automation and advanced electronic systems, you will ensure everything runs flawlessly.
