Innovation Compounding Pharmacy

<div>Job Summary: Responsible for assisting and supporting fill technicians in product labeling and fulfillment activities. 
Job Activities and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Labeling clerk shall be responsible for the accurate labeling and capping of sterile vials.</li><li>
Ensure that the lot number on the labels matches the lot number on the tote.
</li><li>Work with the sterile fill team to prioritize workflow daily.</li><li>
Clerks will also be responsible for making supply kits, printing patient pamphlets</li><li>
Send out destroyed drugs as necessary and at the discretion of management.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li><li>
Other duties, responsibilities and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.</li></ul>
Qualifications and Education Requirements:<ul><li>
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required</li><li>
Attention to detail to identify defective products</li><li>
Strong organizational skills</li><li>
Ability to use a computer keyboard, fax machine and printer</li></ul> 
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds. Moving, lifting, or carrying boxes.</li><li>
Ability to stand for extended periods</li><li>
Fine Motor Skills</li><li>
Visual acuity</li></ul>
