Job Title: Rust Developer Experience: 2+ Years Location: Dubai Employment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Rust Developer with approximately 2 years of hands-on experience in building high-performance, reliable, and scalable systems. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in systems programming, memory safety, and concurrent programming, with exposure to backend or low-level development use cases.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, develop, test, and maintain applications and services using Rust.</li><li>Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.</li><li>Work on performance-critical and memory-safe components.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, DevOps, and product.</li><li>Debug, optimize, and improve existing systems and codebases.</li><li>Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.</li><li>Integrate Rust components with APIs, databases, and third-party services.</li><li>Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of professional experience working with Rust.</li><li>Strong understanding of Rust ownership model, borrowing, lifetimes, and memory safety.</li><li>Experience with async programming (e.g., async/await, Tokio, Actix).</li><li>Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design concepts.</li><li>Experience with REST APIs and backend development.</li><li>Familiarity with version control systems (Git).</li><li>Understanding of testing frameworks and writing unit/integration tests.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Linux environments.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
