Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer &ndash; Crypto ExchangeLocation: Dubai, UAE (Work from office) Experience: 8+ years (with minimum 2 years in crypto or trading exchange platforms)About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in Crypto or Trading exchange platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in Node.js, Rust, and Golang, as well as hands-on experience with frontend development, OAuth/authentication flows, AWS, Docker, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.The role involves mentoring junior developers, maintaining code quality, ensuring performance optimization, and taking ownership of full-stack development tasks across both backend and frontend modules.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services for exchange modules using Node.js, Rust, and Golang.</li><li>Implement frontend features and integrate with backend APIs (React/Next.js preferred).</li><li>Design and manage OAuth and authentication flows for secure login, authorization, and user management.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best coding practices.</li><li>Optimize backend performance via code restructuring, query optimization, and load handling improvements.</li><li>Manage and optimize MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases for reliability and performance.</li><li>Implement containerized environments using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes.</li><li>Work with AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Lambda, etc.) to manage infrastructure and deployment.</li><li>Ensure platform security, encryption, and adherence to engineering best practices.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in crypto exchange or trading platforms.</li><li>Proficiency in Node.js, Rust, and Golang for backend development.</li><li>Hands-on frontend experience with React or Next.js, including performance optimization.</li><li>Strong experience with OAuth, authentication, and authorization flows.</li><li>Solid experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL, including optimization and schema design.</li><li>Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).</li><li>Proven experience with code restructuring, backend optimization, and microservices architecture.</li><li>Understanding of security, API design, and scalable full-stack systems.</li><li>Mentorship and team guidance skills to support junior developers and drive project delivery.</li><li>Fireblocks or other custody/wallet platform experience is a plus.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in crypto trading or financial exchange platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus).</li><li>Contributions to high-performance, high-traffic trading systems.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Job Title: Portfolio Manager &ndash; Fintech/CryptoLocation: Dubai Experience: 12+ Years Department: Investment / Portfolio ManagementAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly experienced Portfolio Manager with deep expertise in the Fintech or Crypto ecosystem and a strong technical background (Python preferred). This role will oversee the design, development, and execution of investment strategies, optimize portfolio performance, and leverage data-driven insights to drive alpha generation.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Portfolio Strategy &amp; Management</li><li>Develop and implement quantitative and algorithmic investment strategies for fintech/crypto portfolios.</li><li>Monitor portfolio performance, manage risks, and rebalance as necessary to meet risk-return objectives.</li><li>Conduct back-testing, stress testing, and scenario analysis on trading strategies.</li><li>Technical &amp; Quantitative Expertise</li><li>Utilize Python (and other relevant tools) to build, optimize, and automate trading and portfolio models.</li><li>Work closely with data engineering teams to acquire, clean, and analyze large sets of financial and blockchain data.</li><li>Build dashboards and reports to track portfolio KPIs and performance metrics.</li><li>Research &amp; Market Intelligence</li><li>Conduct deep research on crypto assets, DeFi protocols, tokenomics, and fintech innovations.</li><li>Stay updated on market trends, macroeconomic factors, and regulatory developments affecting crypto and fintech markets.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Leadership</li><li>Collaborate with traders, quants, and product teams to align portfolio strategy with business goals.</li><li>Mentor junior analysts and portfolio associates.</li><li>Present investment thesis and portfolio performance to leadership and stakeholders.</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or related field. CFA/FRM/CAIA certification preferred.</li><li>Experience: 12+ years in portfolio management, quantitative trading, or investment strategy &ndash; preferably in Fintech, Crypto, or Blockchain domains.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow is a plus).</li><li>Experience with API integrations, data pipelines, and real-time market data feeds.</li><li>Strong understanding of algorithmic trading, statistical modeling, and risk management techniques.</li><li>Domain Expertise:</li><li>In-depth knowledge of crypto markets, DeFi, tokenomics, and blockchain technology.</li><li>Experience managing multi-asset portfolios (crypto, equities, derivatives preferred).</li><li>Soft Skills:</li><li>Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and highly regulated environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
