You will work directly with Team Lead in United States to take new clients from &quot;signed contract&quot; to &quot;fully operational.&quot; This is a fast-paced role that requires sharp coordination and a welcoming professional tone.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>New Account Setup: Execute the technical and administrative creation of new accounts in our systems.</li><li>Collaboration with Team Lead: Act as the right hand to the leadership/sales lead (Gabriel) to ensure seamless handoffs from sales to operations.</li><li>Client Onboarding: Guide new Spanish-speaking customers through their initial setup phase, ensuring a &quot;white-glove&quot; first impression.</li><li>Data Entry: Ensure all new client data is entered accurately to prevent future billing or service errors.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bilingual Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and English.</li><li>Coordination Skills: Ability to multitask and manage a pipeline of new accounts under deadlines.</li><li>Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to keep both Gabriel and the new clients informed at every step.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
