As a APIGEE API Developer/Consultant, you will be part of our API Management Development Team. The team&rsquo;s core focus will be full cycle implementation of the APIs exposed on the API Management Platform within the organization.
Requirements
Requirements:<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5 years experiences in Systems Integration including experience in API Development with hands-on experience in API Management Solutions.
</li><li>Fluent English communication skills; verbal and written.</li>
<li>Experience in working with API development teams on large scale projects; with hands-on experience implementing Enterprise level APIs for large scale organizations using APIGEE.</li>
<li>Extensive experience with APIGEE Policies related to Security, Throttling, Data Transformation&hellip;etc .</li>
<li>Strong experience and knowledge of API Securities such as Basic Auth, oAuth2 flows, SSL Mutual Authentication,...etc and its implementation on APIGEE.</li>
<li>Experience with JS scripts and their usage within APIGEE.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of API Design and hands on experience in designing and writing API Specs and Design Documents.</li>
<li>Clear understanding of the APIGEE on-premise infrastructure and components.</li>
<li>Clear understanding of the APIGEE Cloud infrastructure and components.</li>
<li>Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate with team leads, designers, and project managers to provide periodic status update (daily, weekly, monthly).</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs methodologies and Principles with strong knowledge and experience with REST, JSON and experience with SOAP, XML.</li>
<li>Must have experience and clear understanding of OpenAPI (Swagger) specification.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of security protocols and networking requirements related to API and Services exposure.</li>
<li>Working knowledge with DevOps, and continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD).</li>
<li>Previous experience in working with Design/Development Governance Principals and Guidelines.</li>
<li>Previous experience working with Enterprise Integration Patterns and Frameworks.</li></ul> 
Nice to have:<ul>
<li>Experience with API Management Tools (APIGEE, SoftwareAG, IBM) or similar technologies.</li>
<li>Familiar with TMForums OpenAPIs or similar industry wide OpenAPI Specifications.</li>
<li>Familiar with APIGEE on-premise DevPortal.</li>
<li>Familiar with APIGEE multi-tenancy.</li>
<li>Familiar with other Google Cloud Products and Technologies.</li>
</ul>Expectations:<ul>
<li>Availability to work within KSA timezone and workdays remotly.</li>
<li>Work with a team of designers and developers on internal and external APIs within the projects.</li>
<li>Participate in solution discussions with team&rsquo;s Designers and Architects.</li>
<li>Participate in daily technical status meetings and provide project managers with status updates.</li>
<li>Support Project's E2E testing activities in issues related to implementation compliance with design.</li></ul></div>
