Beyond implementing features, you will mentor junior developers and partner closely with product managers and UX designers to define the strategic roadmap for high-quality, user-friendly mobile experiences.

Requirements
Technical Ownership<ul>

Set and improve mobile architecture across platforms.</li>
<li>Make technical decisions on complex features and integrations.</li>
<li>Own release readiness, store submissions, and rollout plans.</li>
<li>Support teams during major production issues.</li>
<li>Prepare apps for big marketing campaigns and traffic peaks.</li>
<li>Build long-term technical roadmaps.</li>
<li>Lead design reviews and keep code quality high.</li>
</ul>
Delivery &amp; Execution<ul>
<li>
Own technical delivery across multiple teams.</li>
<li>Remove technical blockers and risks.</li>
<li>Turn product plans into clear technical work.</li>
<li>Track sprint progress and release status.</li>
<li>Create engineering guides and onboarding materials.</li>
<li>Work closely with product and delivery teams to meet timelines.</li>
</ul>
Automation, CI/CD &amp; Developer Productivity<ul>
<li>
Build and improve mobile CI/CD pipelines using Fastlane and custom tools.</li>
<li>Manage environments, secrets, and build flavors.</li>
<li>Use crash reports, analytics, and performance tools to monitor apps.</li>
<li>Improve build and release automation continuously.</li>
</ul>
Quality, Reliability<ul>
<li>
Set testing standards and release quality levels.</li>
<li>Make sure apps follow store rules and security policies.</li>
<li>Use phased rollouts and feature flags when needed.</li>
<li>Encourage a strong engineering culture focused on quality.</li>
</ul>
Requirements<ul>
<li>
Strong experience building mobile apps in production.</li>
<li>Expertise in Flutter and native platform.</li>
<li>Proven ability to own several apps and long-term technical plans.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of CI/CD and release processes.</li>
<li>Clear communication skills with different teams.</li>
<li>Around 8+ years of mobile development experience.</li>
<li>Experience in Agile teams and cross-functional work.</li>
</ul>
Nice to Have<ul>
<li>
Experience in telecom, loyalty, and large consumer apps.</li>
<li>Experience working in enterprise environments.</li>
<li>Background in mentoring engineers.</li>
