Our in-house manufacturing gives us control over quality, scheduling, and customization, setting us apart as a trusted partner to Indiana&rsquo;s top architects, builders, and interior designers.Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Closet &amp; Cabinet Designer to join our design and sales team as a full-time employee. This position requires a self-generating sales professional who is highly skilled in CabinetVision and has established relationships with builders, architects, and interior designers. The ideal candidate thrives on building connections, managing their own project pipeline, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your custom designs will cover every room in the house: built-ins, home offices, mudrooms, closets, garages, laundry rooms, and more.Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate new business through existing trade relationships and proactive outreach</li><li>Design custom cabinetry and closet systems using CabinetVision software</li><li>Conduct client consultations, field measurements, and project proposals</li><li>Collaborate with internal production and installation teams</li><li>Attend trade shows and networking events to represent the company</li><li>Maintain follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in custom cabinetry, millwork, or closet design</li><li>Must be proficient in CabinetVision</li><li>Proven record of self-generated sales and independent client management</li><li>Strong relationships with builders, architects, and interior designers across Central Indiana</li><li>Excellent communication, design, and organizational skills</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with the ability to travel within a 2-hour radius of Westfield</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive commission-based pay</li><li>Vehicle or mileage allowance for client travel</li><li>Health benefits, paid time off, and professional development opportunities</li><li>401(k) with company matching</li><li>Stable company environment with 40+ years of trusted performance and innovation</li></ul>Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Westfield, IN 46074
