Senior Motion Graphic DesignerLocation: West DelhiExperience: 4&ndash;8 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe are looking for a highly creative and technically proficient Senior Motion Graphic Designer with expertise in 2D animation, 3D animation (Optional), AI (Graphics &amp; Videos)-enhanced design workflows, and advanced video editing. This role demands a strong visual storyteller who can conceptualize and execute compelling motion graphics across digital platforms.Key Requirements<ul><li>2D Animation.</li><li>3D Animation (optional).</li><li>2D Cartoon Character Animation.</li><li>AI-based design platforms/Tools.</li><li>Good Knowledge of these Software&rsquo;s: Adobe ,After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and CorelDraw (optional: Blender, 3ds max).</li><li>Collaborate with creative teams to develop visual concepts and storyboards.</li><li>Leverage AI tools to enhance design efficiency and creativity.</li><li>Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and maintain high visual standards.</li><li>Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and emerging technologies.</li><li>Excellent understanding of motion design principles, typography, and color theory.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or related field.</li><li>5&ndash;8 years of professional experience in motion graphics or animation.</li><li>A portfolio showcasing a range of according to our Requirements.</li></ul>Preferred Extras<ul><li>Experience with Blender, or similar 3D software.</li><li>Familiarity with generative AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, or Midjourney and many more.</li><li>Knowledge of sound design and audio syncing.</li></ul>Regards,Shivani Sharma.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
