Job OverviewWe are seeking passionate, qualified, and experienced full-time faculty members in Human Resource Management (HRM) to teach at the MBA level. The ideal candidates will possess strong academic credentials, relevant industry or research experience in HR, and a commitment to innovative, student-centered teaching methodologies.This role is suited for educators dedicated to excellence in higher education, academic research, and student mentorship. As a full-time faculty member, you will play an active role in curriculum development, high-impact instruction, and the continuous academic and professional development of MBA students in a dynamic learning environment.Key Responsibilities1. Teaching &amp; Student Engagement<ul><li>Deliver high-quality lectures and facilitate interactive classroom sessions for MBA courses, including:</li><li>Organizational Behaviour (OB)</li><li>Human Resource Management (HRM)</li><li>Design and implement effective lesson plans, instructional materials, assessments, and case-based learning activities.</li><li>Integrate real-world HR practices, industry case studies, and technology-enhanced teaching tools to enhance student engagement.</li><li>Create an inclusive learning environment that promotes critical thinking, ethical leadership, collaboration, and active participation.</li></ul>2. Student Mentorship &amp; Academic Support<ul><li>Provide academic mentoring and guidance to MBA students, including support for research projects, case analyses, internships, and career development.</li><li>Assess student performance using diverse evaluation methods and provide timely, constructive feedback.</li><li>Address academic concerns and support students in achieving learning outcomes.</li></ul>3. Curriculum Development &amp; Academic Alignment<ul><li>Contribute to the design, review, and enhancement of MBA curriculum in Human Resource Management in line with global business and HR trends.</li><li>Embed contemporary HR research, evidence-based practices, and practical applications into course content.</li><li>Collaborate with academic teams and program coordinators to strengthen interdisciplinary and experiential learning approaches.</li></ul>4. Research &amp; Scholarly Contribution<ul><li>Conduct and publish scholarly research in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, or related management disciplines.</li><li>Supervise MBA student research projects, dissertations, and academic initiatives.</li><li>Participate in academic conferences, seminars, workshops, and collaborative research activities.</li></ul>5. Academic Administration &amp; Governance<ul><li>Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and institutional planning activities.</li><li>Maintain accurate academic records, including attendance, grading, course files, and documentation.</li><li>Support accreditation, quality assurance, and compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills Required: Educational Requirements<ul><li>Preferred: Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, Management, or Business Administration with HR specialization.</li></ul>Experience &amp; Expertise<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at the postgraduate (MBA) level or in higher education.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, or related HR domains.</li><li>Industry experience in HR and involvement in curriculum or program development is an added advantage.</li></ul>Technical &amp; Soft Skills<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong classroom management, presentation, and student engagement capabilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), educational technologies, and productivity tools.</li><li>Commitment to research, continuous professional development, and student success.</li><li>Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a diverse academic environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
