Medical OfficeAdministrative Duties<ul><li>
Patient checkin/checkout, scheduling, and documentation</li><li>
Managing medical records and ensuring accurate charting</li><li>
Assisting with insurance verification and authorizations</li><li>
Supporting daily clinic operations and patient flow</li></ul></li><li>
ClinicalHyperbaric Support<ul><li>
Assist with patient preparation for hyperbaric oxygen therapy</li><li>
Monitor patients during treatment under supervision</li><li>
Maintain treatment logs, safety checklists, and equipment readiness</li><li>
Participate in all required training to become a Certified Hyperbaric Technologist</li></ul></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What We're Looking For</h2><ul><li>
Current EMT or Paramedic certification (required for CHT eligibility)</li><li>
Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>
Comfort working in both clinical and administrative settings</li><li>
