Role OverviewThis role goes far beyond traditional EA responsibilities &mdash; it is best suited for an ambitious, sharp individual with a problem-solving mindset, high ownership, and the ability to operate under minimal supervision. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to manage business priorities, track mission-critical projects, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and help convert big ideas into structured execution.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide high-level business and administrative support to the Director and senior leadership</li><li>Coordinate across internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks, presentations, and project deliverables</li><li>Support in research, content preparation, reporting, and liaising with external partners and stakeholders</li><li>Maintain and follow through on key priorities, confidential matters, travel plans, and calendar management</li><li>Lead execution and communication for special projects, events, and internal initiatives ( emails, proposals, memos, and supporting documents etc )</li><li>Prepare business summaries, dashboards, and industry insight reports as required</li><li>Participate in external representation at events, conferences, industry forums, and government meetings</li><li>Collaborate across marketing, partnerships, press relations, and operations to ensure alignment and progress</li><li>Help manage external vendors, agencies, consultants, and partners to ensure deliverables and timelines</li><li>Contribute to the development and refinement of internal systems, SOPs, and project tracking mechanisms</li></ul>Sounds Like You ?We&rsquo;re looking for someone who&rsquo;s proactive, adaptable, and willing to go the extra mile &mdash; someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is open to handling the unexpected, and comfortable with travel and shifting priorities as the role demands.<ul><li>A self-starter with excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills</li><li>Highly organized, discreet, and capable of juggling multiple critical requests in a deadline-driven setup</li><li>Proactive and flexible with a positive, solution-oriented attitude</li><li>Entrepreneurial and motivated to take on challenges outside a fixed role definition</li><li>Demonstrates high professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information</li><li>Adaptable to fast-paced environments and excited about dynamic roles</li></ul>Education &amp; Preferred Background<ul><li>Graduate from a Tier-1 business school OR MBA from a reputed institution</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of work experience in business operations, project management, consulting, or executive support</li><li>Exposure to e-commerce, digital agencies, or IT services is preferred</li><li>Strong skills in MS Office, Google Workspace, project tracking tools, and professional communication</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;500,000.00 - &#8377;600,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Mohali, Punjab (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>50% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
