What you'll do</b></h2><ul><li>
Perform general facility maintenance: minor repairs, painting, and routine upkeep</li><li>
Service shop equipment, including changing coolant and filters on CNC machines and other machinery</li><li>
Handle lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal (including shoveling) as needed</li><li>
Monitor and maintain building systems: lighting, HVAC, and plumbing</li><li>
Keep the shop organized and clean to support a safe, efficient environment</li><li>
Collaborate with team members and management to complete projects and resolve issues quickly</li><li>
Record maintenance activities and repairs with accuracy</li><li>
Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What you'll need</b></h2><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus</li><li>
Experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems (preferred)</li><li>
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li><li>
