Job Posting: Outdoor Sales Executive (Building Materials &amp; Industrial Supplies)A leading supplier of construction materials and industrial equipment is seeking to hire an experienced Outdoor Sales Executive for the UAE market.About the Company: We are a trusted and certified provider of integrated solutions, including:<ul><li>Core and complementary building materials.</li><li>Mechanical and engineering tools and equipment.</li><li>Professional safety equipment and supplies (PPE).</li><li>Specialized fittings and requirements for oil &amp; gas companies and industrial contractors.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop new client bases within target sectors (contractors, developers, industrial companies, and oil &amp; gas sector companies).</li><li>Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with existing and new clients.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Present comprehensive technical and commercial offers for products (building materials, equipment, safety tools).</li><li>Negotiate contracts and commercial terms.</li><li>Study the market and provide reports on its trends and competitor performance.</li><li>Represent the company professionally, reflecting its values and reputation.</li></ul>Required Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Proven practical experience of at least 3 years in outdoor sales in one or more of the following fields within the UAE market:</li><li>Building materials and construction.</li><li>Mechanical tools and equipment.</li><li>Professional safety equipment.</li><li>Supply to oil &amp; gas sector companies or heavy industries.</li><li>Good knowledge of products in the construction, industrial, and safety sectors.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and achieve targets.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license.</li><li>Proficiency in English (spoken and written) &ndash; Arabic is preferred.</li></ul>We Offer the Successful Candidate:<ul><li>Competitive salary + attractive commissions and incentives.</li><li>Health insurance package.</li><li>Company car.</li><li>A dynamic work environment that supports professional growth.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
