Job description<ul><li>Job Tittle: Electrical &amp; HVAC Operations Lead</li><li>Job Type: Full Time/Permanent</li><li>Job Location: Sector 127 (Noida)</li></ul>Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated and technically sound Engineer to oversee electrical and HVAC infrastructure for high-uptime environments such as exam centers or similar setups. The role requires proactive maintenance, on-ground coordination, and strong troubleshooting capabilities to ensure uninterrupted operations during critical exam hours.Key Responsibilities:Electrical Infrastructure Readiness:<ul><li>Ensure stable power supply through optimal load distribution and circuit management.</li><li>Oversee maintenance of power backup systems: DG sets, UPS units, and inverters.</li><li>Supervise earthing, wiring, and surge protection installations.</li><li>Conduct pre-event audits of electrical panels, DBs, and safety circuits.</li></ul>HVAC &amp; Climate Control:<ul><li>Ensure smooth functioning of all AC systems (split, cassette, or centralized).</li><li>Maintain room temperature and air quality per operational standards.</li><li>Monitor humidity to ensure comfort and protect sensitive equipment.</li></ul>Preventive Maintenance &amp; Monitoring:<ul><li>Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for electrical and HVAC systems.</li><li>Track DG fuel levels, UPS battery health, refrigerant levels, and air filter condition.</li><li>Maintain detailed logbooks on equipment health, load status, and daily checks.</li></ul>Exam Day Operations:<ul><li>Remain on-site or on-call to manage real-time power or HVAC issues.</li><li>Oversee smooth power source switchover (Mains DG).</li><li>Coordinate with onsite technicians for rapid fault resolution.</li></ul>Safety &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Ensure all systems meet local and national electrical safety standards.</li><li>Implement fire safety practices for electrical infrastructure.</li><li>Maintain records for audits, insurance purposes, and client requirements.</li></ul>Vendor &amp; Team Coordination:<ul><li>Supervise outsourced technical manpower (electricians, HVAC technicians).</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors for support during peak operational hours.</li><li>Maintain escalation processes for critical system failures.</li></ul>Key Skills Required:<ul><li>Electrical Infrastructure Management (3-Phase, DG, UPS, Inverter)</li><li>HVAC Operations &amp; Troubleshooting</li><li>Facility &amp; Preventive Maintenance</li><li>Load Distribution &amp; Power Audit Skills</li><li>Knowledge of Fire &amp; Electrical Safety Norms</li><li>Strong Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Abilities</li><li>Team &amp; Vendor Coordination</li><li>Real-Time Crisis Management</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering</li><li>Certifications in Electrical Safety, HVAC, or Facility Management (preferred)</li><li>Prior experience managing exam centers, datacenters, or high-uptime facilities</li></ul>Interested Candidates can share theirs resume directly to monika.sharma@innovatiview.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;800,000.00 - &#8377;1,200,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
