<div></div><div>Key Requirements:</div>
<ul><li> Strong expertise in Python (PySpark is a plus)</li></ul>
<ul><li> Experience designing, building, and optimizing ML models (classification, regression, NLP)</li></ul>
<ul><li> Hands-on with model training, validation, and deployment pipelines using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn</li></ul>
<ul><li> Experience building Generative AI applications (LangChain or similar libraries)</li></ul>
<ul><li> Prompt engineering experience</li></ul>
<ul><li> Understanding of MLOps and production model lifecycle practices</li></ul>
<ul><li> Experience building/maintaining data pipelines, ETL, and handling structured/unstructured data from multiple sources</li></ul>
<ul><li> Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud data warehouses</li></ul>
<ul><li> Experience with Agentic AI applications is a plus</li></ul>
<ul><li> Exposure to the Palantir platform and AIP features is a strong &ldquo;good to have&rdquo;</li></ul>
<ul><li> Strong collaboration skills &mdash; ability to work with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design reviews</li></ul>
<ul><li> Commitment to staying current with AI/ML and data engineering technologies</li></ul></div>
