We&rsquo;re a digital branding and marketing studio that helps luxury and retail brands grow - from building powerful brand identity to scaling online revenue.Now, we&rsquo;re expanding our client base and looking for a results-driven Lead Generation &amp; Client Acquisition Specialist from Pakistan who can bring in high-ticket luxury clients and help us scale globally.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Research and identify ideal luxury brand prospects (jewelry, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, etc.)</li></ul><ul><li>Build and manage qualified lead databases and outreach systems.</li></ul><ul><li>Create and execute personalized outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and DMs.</li></ul><ul><li>Get clients on calls and close deals, collaborate directly with the founder to convert prospects into paying clients.</li></ul><ul><li>Create or collaborate on content (mainly for LinkedIn) to attract potential clients, share insights, and build agency authority.</li></ul><ul><li>Write persuasive outreach messages that position our agency as the premium choice for luxury brands.</li></ul><ul><li>Track metrics, optimize outreach, and report results weekly.</li></ul><ul><li>Experiment with new outreach methods and strategies to constantly improve conversions.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, or sales (preferably for a digital agency or service business).</li></ul><ul><li>Confident closer, skilled at moving prospects from interest to commitment.</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of luxury / high-ticket markets and how to communicate value effectively.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong written communication and persuasive messaging skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Self-motivated, reliable, and performance-oriented.</li></ul><ul><li>Bonus: Experience generating $5k&ndash;$20K+ clients for agencies or creative studios.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive base salary + commissions per closed client.</li></ul><ul><li>Remote position (must be based in Pakistan).</li></ul><ul><li>Direct collaboration with the founder and agency leadership.</li></ul><ul><li>Opportunity to grow into a key role (Business Development or Sales Lead).</li></ul><ul><li>Work with global luxury brands and build an elite network.</li></ul>Compensation: <ul><li>Base Salary: PKR 50,000&ndash;100,000/month depending on performance</li></ul><ul><li>Commission: 3&ndash;5% per closed client (increases with performance)</li></ul><ul><li>Growth Incentive: If you consistently bring in high-ticket clients, your pay and commission will be increased - we reward results.</li></ul>To Apply:Send your<ul><li>Resume or portfolio showing past results</li></ul><ul><li>Short video (1&ndash;2mins) sharing why you&rsquo;d be a great fit and what results you can bring to fatima@innovexstudio.com</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many deals can you realistically deliver per month?</li><li>Walk us through the exact lead-gen system you built for your last client/company &mdash; channels, tools, volume, and results.</li><li>Do you have video proof / dashboard screenshots / case studies with real numbers?</li><li>What&rsquo;s the highest-value deal you&rsquo;ve personally helped close?</li><li>Are you open to a short paid probation period where you prove your results before we lock in a long-term contract?
