Our top Government Integrator client is hiring key resources for their existing program supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) on various efforts around their ServiceNow platform. You will be joining a team that securely connects more than 3 million end users at over 3,000 DoD and Federal sites around the world. In this position, you will help lead ServiceNow platform development &ndash; focusing on delivering modern order and service management capabilities in support of mission-critical DoD network operations.</p>

<div><b>
Requirements:</b><br>
<ul><li>6+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience in the Government/Federal space with 3+ years hands-on CMDB and ITOM experience</li><li>Strong preference for hands-on development experience with ServiceNow telecom modules &ndash; TSOM (Telecom Service Operations Management), TNI (Telecom Network Inventory), or OMT (Order Management for Telecommunications)</li><li>Experience building and deploying applications that meet DoD security standards and security implementation guidelines (i.e. STIGs)</li><li>Experience working in Agile development environments, supporting sprint cycles, testing, and deployment activities</li><li>Active SECRET Clearance or higher REQUIRED (Interim will not be considered)</li><li>CompTIA Security+ certification required within the first 14 days of employment</li></ul></div>

Responsibilities</b><b>:</b><br>
<ul><li>Support the standup, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow&rsquo;s ITOM, TSM, and TSOM modules</li><li>Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles</li><li>Create, maintain and enhance Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports</li><li>Create and configure tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc)</li><li>Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades</li><li>Assist with design, creation and cataloging of business process flows</li><li>Work with other members of the ServiceNow development team to propose solutions based on business needs and strategies</li><li>Perform the necessary tasks to design and configure ServiceNow functions to meet operational needs</li><li>Support business process re-engineering activities to move ticketing and order management capabilities into ServiceNow</li><li>Identify trends and find patterns in unstructured and semi-structured customer data that can be used to create a more positive customer experience and increase overall network performance</li><li>Interact with the customer to address Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues or conflicts</li></ul></div></div></div>

One of our top clients (Government Integrator) is hiring key resources for their large program/contract supporting Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Hosting environment. You will support a critical mission for HRSA; maintaining Hosting, Networking, Security, Server, Identity and Access Management, and Tier II Operations in support of the HRSA mission in a 24x7x365 environment.</p>
<div><b>
Requirements:</b><br>
<ul><li>8+ years of hands-on CyberArk engineering experience supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) environments &ndash; configuring and troubleshooting Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, SCIM</li></ul>
o 6+ years CyberArk troubleshooting in RedHat Linux (RHEL) and Windows servers/systems &ndash; failed account reconciliation, failed verifications, and access issues<br>
<ul><li>Extensive experience managing and maintaining CyberArk platforms deployed in an Azure cloud environment</li><li>Hands-on experience with CyberArk setup for RDP and SSH sessions as well as configurations of VIPs for CyberArk PVWA/PSM/PSMP servers</li><li>Experience analyzing network/firewall logs (i.e., Splunk) to isolate root cause issues within CyberArk</li><li>Strong PowerShell scripting experience</li><li>Must be eligible for Public Trust clearance &ndash; extensive government background check w/ fingerprinting (active PT preferred)</li></ul></div>

<ul><li>Manage and maintain the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform, including core components such as Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, and SCIM across enterprise environments</li><li>Perform CyberArk platform upgrades, migrations, and configuration changes, ensuring stability and performance of environments deployed in Azure cloud and hybrid infrastructure</li><li>Troubleshoot CyberArk operational issues including failed account reconciliation, failed verification, and privileged access failures across Windows and Linux systems</li><li>Analyze CyberArk, Splunk, and network/firewall logs to identify root causes of authentication, session connectivity, and privileged access issues</li><li>Configure and manage privileged session management for RDP and SSH access, including account onboarding, auto-discovery, and privileged credential lifecycle management</li><li>Support CyberArk integrations with Active Directory and enterprise identity infrastructure, managing access policies, permissions, and privileged account governance</li><li>Maintain operational documentation, technical implementation guides, and SOPs, while supporting ServiceNow ticket queues and participating in on-call support rotations</li></ul></div></div></div>
