 Role Purpose
 
 
 
 To manage and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The Senior Site Construction Engineer plays a vital role in coordinating resources, solving technical challenges, and leading site teams to achieve successful project delivery.
 
 
 
 Key Accountabilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise daily construction activities and ensure proper execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and other departments to ensure smooth work progress.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review shop drawings, method statements, and construction schedules to ensure alignment with project objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor resources (labor, materials, equipment) on-site and ensure optimal utilization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and company safety policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Address technical issues and site constraints promptly to avoid delays or quality compromises.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and submit them to project stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in project meetings and provide technical input to resolve site-related challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate inspections with consultants and respond to site queries (RFIs) as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support project closeout by ensuring punch lists, as-built drawings, and handover documentation are completed.

 Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 4 years of experience in site construction, with exposure to large-scale projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of construction methods, project execution, and technical drawings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of construction materials, codes, and safety standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site tasks simultaneously.
 </li>

 Handles advanced responsibilities related to commercial management of construction projects. The role involves quantity surveying tasks such as take-off, interim payments, and variation assessments while ensuring compliance with contractual terms and supporting Quantity surveying engineer staff within a project-based setup.

 Strong knowledge of contract administration (FIDIC, local standards).

 Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.

Senior MEP Quantity Surveying Engineer

 Role Purpose
 
 
 
 Comply with local, legal and international HSE standards, rules and regulations; implement HSE Management Systems at site.
 
 
 
 Key Accountabilities

 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with local legal and contract requirements, Project HSE rules and regulations and polices regarding HSE are regularly communicated clearly to all employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out regular daily inspections on the above requirements and monitor high risk activities to ensure full compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure risk assessments and permits to work system are implemented and followed by all site personnel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and guide workforce and sub-contractors on waste management requirements including segregation at source and reduce reuse and recycling of waste.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and maintain scaffold tag system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out HSE engagements with the workforce on their behalf, recording in the online system
 </li>
 <li>
 Inspect and record condition of all fire equipment, plant, and equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide, with the operations team, safe access, housekeeping, and proper safety signage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enforce the use of PPE and ensure equipment are maintained in good condition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all established HSE policies are administered and enforced in all areas.
 </li>

 Report all violations

 Liaises with sub-contractors HSE officers and Engineers in work area ensuring all works are carried out in a safe manner
 </li>

 Conduct project HSE induction training and monthly HSE training to workers, including subcontractors based on project scope and risk

 Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 4+ years experience of relevant working experience (preferred in well-established contracting companies in GCC)
 </li>
 <li>
 NEBOSH certificate holder.
 </li>
 <li>
 Diploma or degree as required by client specs or zoning authority requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in all outside weather and site conditions, including shift work within a manual/workshop environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of OHS&amp;E standards, Operational hazards and controls, International HSE standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience of implementing ISO 45001 &amp; ISO 14001 requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to influence employees for the implementation of HSE tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to accept direction and complete work independently, demonstrating confidence and conviction with the ability to intervene at all times.

 Role Purpose
 
 Responsible for leading and supervising the contracts team in managing the full lifecycle of project contracts and subcontracts. The role includes overseeing contract administration, claim evaluations, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with both contractual obligations and applicable legal frameworks. The Contracts Team Leader acts as a key point of coordination between internal departments, subcontractors, and clients on all contract-related matters.

 Promote awareness of the fundamental contract terms and requirements to the projects team members and stakeholders.

 Identify and manage risks related to any Project at any stage &ndash; develop early warning systems.

 Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge &amp; Skills

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 6 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry, with a minimum of 2&ndash;3 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract used in Egypt and the MENA region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in claims management, risk mitigation, and dispute avoidance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in contract management systems, MS Office, and document control tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English (written and spoken).
 </li>
 <li>
 Contracts related certifications/licenses are a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 PMP Certification is a plus.
 </li>
