With a steadfast commitment to quality, innovation, and reliability, we specialize in supplying a wide range of engineering items to OEMs and vendors across various engineering sectors, including the automotive industry.Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and organized Supply Chain Intern to support our supply chain and procurement operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the automotive supply chain industry and grow within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Receive RFQs (Request for Quotations) from customers and initiate inquiries with suppliers</li><li>Coordinate with the purchase team for local procurement requirements</li><li>Follow up with the purchase team and suppliers for both local and import items</li><li>Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers against RFQs</li><li>Maintain a database of all RFQs and quotations</li><li>Follow up with customers for the finalization of submitted quotations</li><li>Assist the relevant team with delivery coordination after receiving customer Purchase Orders (POs)</li><li>Support supply chain process documentation and reporting</li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned by the Seniors or Manager</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in BBA (completed or in final semester)</li><li>Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar field preferred</li><li>Fresh graduates are welcome to apply</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and within a team</li></ul>Females are strongly encouraged to applyInternship Details:<ul><li>Duration: 6-month internship (probationary period)</li><li>Performance Review: After 3 months</li><li>Stipend: PKR 25,000/month</li><li>Location: PECHS Block 6, Karachi</li></ul>Job Type: Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: From Rs25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
