Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, trend-aware, and results-driven Executive &amp; Brand Aesthetics Assistant to support the Principal across both professional and personal domains. This role is perfect for a self-starting Gen Z individual who is deeply connected to current cultural trends, understands the nuances of various social platforms, and ensures the Principal maintains a polished, on-brand, and aesthetically current public presence.Key ResponsibilitiesI. Executive and Operational Support<ul><li>Manage the Principal's complex calendar, scheduling all business and personal appointments, meetings, and calls.</li><li>Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel logistics, including flight, accommodation, and itinerary creation.</li><li>Handle confidential correspondence, manage email inboxes, and filter communications to prioritize time-sensitive items.</li><li>Maintain meticulous organization of files, contacts, and personal inventory (e.g., wardrobe, products).</li><li>Run errands, assist with personal organization, and manage household or professional vendor relationships as needed.</li></ul>II. Digital Content &amp; Social Media Management<ul><li>Trend Forecasting: Proactively identify and monitor viral trends, sounds, filters, and formats across platforms (primarily TikTok and Instagram Reels) to maintain relevance.</li><li>Content Support: Act as the Principal&rsquo;s &quot;shadow&quot; and primary videographer/photographer, capturing high-quality content on the fly.</li><li>Basic Editing: Execute rapid, trend-aligned content editing (adding sound, text overlays, cuts) using CapCut, Instagram/TikTok native tools, or other editing software.</li><li>Manage community engagement, respond to DMs and comments, and track content performance analytics.</li></ul>III. Aesthetic and Brand Representation<ul><li>Visual Strategy: Ensure the Principal&rsquo;s visual presentation&mdash;including wardrobe, hair, and makeup&mdash;is consistently on-brand, current, and optimized for various media appearances or photoshoots.</li><li>Makeup Expertise: Must be proficient in current beauty standards and techniques (e.g., &quot;clean girl aesthetic,&quot; modern contouring, current product knowledge) and be able to assist with or manage the Principal's makeup and product needs.</li><li>Maintain the organization and inventory of beauty products, ensuring they are always updated and fully stocked.</li><li>Act as a professional and discrete representative of the Principal in all settings, maintaining the highest level of polish and presentation.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;20,909.62 - &#8377;30,339.29 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
