Job Description:-We are looking for an Operation Manager for our client place based at Sirsa, Haryana. An ideal should help to maintain and grow the standard and to oversee daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple departments for maximum productivity. This person will be highly skilled in Daily Operational things of the organization and be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the operations teamRoles &amp; Responsibilities:-Order Management:<ul><li>Place purchase orders with pharmaceutical manufacturers as per business requirements and inventory levels.</li><li>Verify product availability, pricing, and lead times before confirming orders.</li></ul>Manufacturer Coordination:<ul><li>Maintain regular communication with manufacturing partners to ensure timely order processing.</li><li>Follow up for order confirmation, production updates, dispatch schedules, and invoice documentation.</li></ul>Dispatch &amp; Logistics:<ul><li>Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery of goods.</li><li>Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Ensure all necessary documents (invoices, COA, batch details, e-way bills, etc.) are correctly prepared and filed.</li><li>Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company SOPs.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Update and maintain stock records, order trackers, and dispatch logs.</li><li>Generate periodic reports on order status, pending deliveries, and supplier performance.</li></ul>Customer &amp; Internal Coordination:<ul><li>Liaise with sales, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operational flow.</li><li>Provide customers and internal stakeholders with regular order and dispatch updates.</li></ul>Preferred Skills &amp; Qualificaiton :-<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field.</li><li>Strong IT skills, including database development</li><li>Should have at least 2-5 years of operation experience in Operation department.</li><li>Should be good in communication.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;350,000.00 - &#8377;500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>
