<div>Senior Financial Analyst
Inotiv is seeking a self-motivated, analytically minded Sr. Financial Analyst to support the Associate Finance Director for three Safety Assessment operational sites. This is a hybrid role based at the Fort Collins, CO office and will provide remote support to the other two sites. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in accounting and/or finance and be able to travel on an as-needed basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul><li>Support the Associate Finance Director to create financial annual operating plans for each fiscal year
</li><li>Support the Associate Finance Director to create forecasts for the operations, perform variance analysis, and provide bridges to explain variances and changes in forecast
</li><li>Responsible for tracking capital expenditures and collaborating with Site Directors and Facilities Leader to forecast CapEx cashflows
</li><li>Manage Construction in Progress account and serve as the liaison with Inotiv&rsquo;s Accounting team on asset capitalization and disposals
</li><li>Serve as on-site Finance point of contact for Fort Collins, CO site, and drive continuous process improvement in all aspects of the business
</li><li>Attend to government, SoX, and financial statement audits as applicable to each of the sites
</li><li>Support Safety Assessment leadership in Strategic Growth Initiatives with business case analysis and long-range planning targets
</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned
</li></ul>Skills and Abilities
<ul><li>Ability to understand, summarize, and communicate financial information, including financial analysis, assumptions, and outcomes
</li><li>Comfort with obtaining, reconciling, and analyzing data to be used for business decisions
</li><li>Proficient in utilizing Excel for data analysis and graphic depiction of business results, trends, and forecasts
</li><li>Experience in life sciences or a contract research organization is a plus, but not required
</li><li>Interact with clients, other employees, and the community in a professional manner
</li><li>Effective organizational, written, and oral communication skills
</li><li>Ability to adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and procedures
</li><li>Maintain confidential information

</li></ul>Education and Experience
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 3+ years&rsquo; experience in the fields of accounting and/or finance
</li><li>Masters in Business Administration preferred, but not required
</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and D365 ERP accounting system is a must
</li><li>Proven ability to work cross-functionally
</li><li>Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant preferred, but not required
</li></ul>Physical Activity and Working Conditions
<ul><li>Work is normally performed in a typical interior office
</li><li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
</li><li>The noise level is usually moderate
</li><li>Requires moderate physical activity with frequent talking, standing, walking and repetitive movement of hands and fingers, reaching and lifting 10 -20 pounds.
</li></ul>This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience. The salary range is $85,000 to $120,000 /year and will adjust along with the level of the role to match the person&rsquo;s relevant experience and/or education level. Senior Financial Analyst

<div>The In Vitro Manager reports directly to the Executive Director, Inflammation and Systems Biology, with the core responsibilities centered around the development, execution and analysis of In Vitro biology and overall management of the In Vitro Division. The position is responsible for new study design, direct client facing interactions and experimental trouble shooting aimed at analyzing biomarkers of disease from a wide array of In Vitro models. The position requires the individual to work independently, to manage other employees within the department, maintain a strong understanding of the biological sciences, Excel based data analysis and overall Good Laboratory Practices. 
Primary Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Take the lead in designing and executing cell and molecular biology assays to analyze biomarkers.
</li><li>High level of proficency in laboratory techniques such as; Tissue processing, RNA/DNA isolation, ELISA, Luminex, qRT-PCR, Multi-color Flow Cytometry.
</li><li>Design new study protocols and execute custom In Vitro assays to address specific customer needs.
</li><li>Provides input to other scientists and teams in regards to new assay development and biomarker selection.
</li><li>Data analysis and Quality control of both custom assays and commercially developed assays for the division.
</li><li>Lead, communicate and coordinate with other members of the division, management, study coordinators and other departments.
</li><li>Manage direct reports schedules and workflow.
</li><li>Assist direct reports and Junior scientists in new experimental design and trouble-shooting as needed.
</li><li>Lead process improvement within the In Vitro division, including but not limited to SOP generation, presentations, data analysis, etc.
</li><li>Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with all regulations and safety requirements.
</li></ul>Secondary Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lab supply ordering and inventory as needed.
</li><li>Business development and new client outreach.
</li><li>Collaboration with other sites for transfer of knowledge and new study design.
</li><li>Other tasks as assigned
</li></ul><div>Minimum Requirements
</div><ul><li>Masters in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline
</li><li>10+ years of wet lab experience.
</li><li>Expertise and strong understanding of immunoassays, molecular biology and cell biology techniques.
</li><li>Excellent analytical, writing, presentation and organizational skills.
</li><li>Excellent computer skills, as demonstrated by proficiency with Microsoft Office and statistical analysis (GraphPad).
</li></ul><div>Working Conditions &amp; Physical Requirements
</div><ul><li>Position is a combination of laboratory-based work and computer based project development with some exposure to live animals.
</li><li>Some work will require PPE (personal protective equipment)
</li><li>Some work will require handling BSL2 pathogens and samples
</li><li>Accurately calculate and record numbers
