We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our IT products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills, along with a strong understanding of IT products and solutions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation.</li><li>Meet prospective clients to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.</li><li>Present and demonstrate IT products and services to clients.</li><li>Prepare proposals, quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.</li><li>Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, SaaS sales, or technology solutions.</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.</li><li>Experience with CRM tools is preferred.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>B2B sales experience.</li><li>Knowledge of cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking, ERP/CRM, or software development services.</li><li>Lead generation and account management.</li><li>Proposal preparation and sales forecasting.</li><li>Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.</li></ul>Location<ul><li>Kuwait-based candidates are preferred.</li><li>Candidates who are willing and ready to relocate to Kuwait are also encouraged to apply.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Revenue generated.</li><li>New client acquisition.</li><li>Client retention and satisfaction.</li><li>Sales pipeline conversion rate.</li></ul>Pay: KD250.000 - KD300.000 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to relocate to Kuwait?</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Kuwait City (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
