Candidate should be willing to relocate to Kuwait.We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Software Tester to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team. The candidate will be responsible for testing software applications, identifying defects, documenting issues, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to build a career in software testing.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Understand project requirements and software specifications.</li><li>Prepare and execute manual test cases based on requirements.</li><li>Identify, document, and report software defects using bug-tracking tools.</li><li>Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.</li><li>Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing.</li><li>Work closely with developers and senior QA engineers to resolve issues.</li><li>Maintain test documentation and testing reports.</li><li>Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and QA activities.</li><li>Learn and follow software testing best practices.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Basic understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).</li><li>Knowledge of manual testing concepts.</li><li>Basic understanding of SQL and databases.</li><li>Familiarity with defect tracking tools (Jira is a plus).</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Basic knowledge of Selenium or other automation tools.</li><li>Familiarity with API testing using Postman.</li><li>Understanding of Agile methodology.</li><li>Knowledge of Git is an added advantage.</li></ul>Eligibility<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>2024, 2025, or 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply.</li><li>No prior work experience required.</li><li>Internship or academic projects in software testing are a plus.</li></ul>Pay: KD150.000 - KD250.000 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Ability to relocate to Kuwait?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
