This role combines technical know-how, clinical training, and strategic support to empower healthcare providers in effectively adopting and using our client&rsquo;s solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Education &amp; Training<ul><li>Conduct hands-on training for healthcare professionals on clinical use of medical diagnostic devices.</li><li>Develop educational resources: clinical workshops, product videos, presentations, and support tools.</li><li>Promote awareness of new medical pathways (e.g., Endocrinology &amp; Bariatric applications).</li><li>Support collaborations with pharmaceutical partners by drafting clinical workflows and co-developing educational initiatives.</li></ul>Product Implementation &amp; Support<ul><li>Work with sales and implementation teams to ensure smooth installations and integrations in hospitals, clinics, and private practices.</li><li>Respond to clinical and technical inquiries from healthcare staff, ensuring timely resolution.</li><li>Support local trainers and application specialists in regional markets.</li></ul>Clinical Consultation &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Gather insights from the field to contribute to product development and clinical strategy.</li><li>Build long-term strategic plans to expand product use in clinical and pharmaceutical environments.</li></ul>Stakeholder Engagement<ul><li>Establish and nurture strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and healthcare administrators.</li><li>Represent the company at medical congresses, industry events, and strategic meetings.</li></ul>Profile Requirements<ul><li>Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field (advanced degree preferred).</li><li>Strong clinical background with a deep understanding of medical workflows.</li><li>Experience delivering training in a healthcare or MedTech setting.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.</li><li>Fluent in English and Native Arabic speaker.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 50% across the TMEA region.</li></ul>What&rsquo;s in It for You<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a leading international MedTech innovator.</li><li>Career growth in a regionally strategic role, with direct impact on patient care and medical outcomes.</li><li>Dynamic, collaborative culture with high autonomy and exposure to clinical, sales, and product development functions.</li><li>Initial 3-month onboarding &amp; training program (classroom and field-based).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#65020;200,900.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you hold a degree in nursing, biomedical engineering, public health, or a related field?</li><li>What is your gross monthly salary expectation (in SAR)?</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>50% (Required)</li></ul>
