This position will join a team of individuals focused on advocacy, service and support of students with disabilities. The Reader/Scribe will work independently under the supervision of Accommodation Services to provide one on one support to a student in the classroom. Reader/Scribe Support (Part Time)

 The Business Solution Analyst is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of high-quality technical solutions that meet expectations of our constituents by leading a variety of programs and projects to evaluate business processes and gather requirements for complex transaction and reporting systems and adoption of test-driven development methodology, including developing, maintaining and organizing test cases, test scripts and test scenarios for the university's information systems. This includes test events and various other test deliverables for projects, enhancements, operations and maintenance activities, common understanding and documentation of scope, requirements and design amongst stakeholders including sponsors, decision makers, content owners, users and technical teams. This position will also serve as a liaison providing assistance to various business partners by understanding the business requirements at a depth sufficient to define technical deliverables, including appropriate test coverage to ensure quality product is delivered. Position is also responsible for analyzing and reporting meaningful metrics on testing status and operations.
 
 
 The Business Solution Analyst will provide a layer of essential services surrounding software development services, including the analysis and gathering of requirements, engaging with developers/engineers on solution design, and designing test suite in parallel with software development that will ultimately ensure delivered product meets quality standards, is fit for use, and meets expectations articulated by our customers. Collaborates with various IT@JH teams for technical direction and feasibility studies to propose solutions that address requirements. Applies proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver value-added solutions and to ensure project deliverables meet specifications. Expected to critically evaluate articulated needs or requirements and propose technical solutions to address them, leveraging standards to the extent possible. Ability to evaluate vendor-provided solutions relative to business needs/requirements and recommend suitable solutions is essential.
 
 
 This position includes applying knowledge to identifying and developing test cases, automated test cases, unit testing, test scripts for identified business requirements, and corresponding data requirements for various business processes. This position also includes responsibilities for individuals to recommend tools, execute tests and manage defects. This position requires a combination of strong functional abilities, writing, data visualization and user facing skills.  This position reports to the Sr. Associate Director of Project and Change Management in the Office of Advancement Services and combines core business analysis responsibilities with proactive user support, working directly with end users to identify system issues as well as data, reporting, and training needs. The analyst provides structured analysis and recommendations to PMO, Customer Support, and System Training to inform system enhancements, strengthen user education, and support the delivery of high-quality technical solutions. The Office of Advancement Services (OAS) supports Johns Hopkins Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) by delivering systems, data, and process solutions that enable fundraising and engagement efforts across the institution.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Work with sponsors and users to define project scope and objectives. Conduct user interviews for requirements gathering. Analyze business problems and propose appropriate automated solutions, business processes and procedures. Research and recommend system design and enhancements to minimize costs and maximize system use

 Develop a strong understanding of DAR's information systems, data, workflows and business processes in order to support/advise the end user community with using JHAS and related systems.

 The Department of Neurology at Stanford University is seeking an Assistant Clinical Research Assistant (ACRC) to join the Stanford Alzheimer&rsquo;s Disease Research Center (ADRC) team.  UCLA Film &amp; Television Archive, a department of the UCLA Library, collects moving images as works of art and as social and historical documents, restores and preserves moving images for current and future generations, curates collections, programs, and events using moving images to advance knowledge, and provides access to moving images for purposes of research, education, and enjoyment. The Archive's collections consist of over 500,000 holdings dating from the dawn of cinema to the present and cover a broad spectrum of content from major Hollywood studios films and network television shows to independent productions and news footage. The Public Programs unit of the Film &amp; Television Archive conceptualizes live and virtual cinema programs for both in-theater exhibition and virtual screening platforms in a year-round capacity. Public Programs coordinates an ongoing calendar of screening events of contemporary, historical, and archival films curated from various sources, including the Archive's various collections as well as local &amp; international studio &amp; independent film archives and contemporary international distributors.  The Math Studio is seeking mathematically-minded individuals with an interest in teaching or part-time tutoring.

 The primary task is to assist and promote active learning for Math Studio students. Tutors may also be expected to assist with exam proctoring and other academic duties.
 
 
 Responsibilities and Duties

 Provide tutoring to students in algebra courses.

 Assist instructors in performance of their duties
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with proctoring as needed.
 </li>

 Perform other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Required
 
 : A Bachelor's degree, preferably in a STEM discipline is required. A criminal background check will be conducted.
