 About the role
<div>We are seeking a talented and motivated developer with 3&ndash;5 years of experience in building enterprise applications using modern backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and at least one JavaScript-based framework (preferably React), along with exposure to cloud services and a keen interest in AI/ML-based solutions.</div><div>
This role is ideal for professionals who are eager to grow their technical expertise, contribute to solution development, and learn from senior architects and technical leads while working on impactful enterprise projects.</div>
As a Cloud Engineer/Java Developer, you will get to:<ul><li>
Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and JavaScript-based frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
</li><li>Cloud Implementation: Work with cloud services (preferably AWS) under the guidance of senior team members to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
</li><li>AI/ML Features: Assist in implementing AI/ML capabilities using cloud-based AI services and integrating them into enterprise workflows.
</li><li>Copilot &amp; AI Tools: Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
</li><li>Best Practices: Follow established coding standards, cloud architecture patterns, and microservices/serverless approaches with a focus on quality, performance, and security.
</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with project goals.
</li><li>Testing &amp; Deployment: Participate in unit testing, debugging, and deployment activities, contributing to CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams.

Education:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
</li></ul></li><li>Experience:
</li><li><ul><li>3&ndash;5 years in enterprise application development using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and JavaScript-based frameworks.
</li><li>Practical exposure to cloud services and enterprise solution delivery.
</li><li>Basic to intermediate experience with AI/ML integration in applications.
</li><li>Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.

 Position Summary
 
 
 
 
 
 
 As a Senior Application, Data &amp; AI Solutions Architect, you will serve as the strategic technical lead in pre-sales engagements, guiding clients through large-scale transformation across application portfolios, data platforms, and AI enablement. Drawing on your deep delivery background and enterprise architecture expertise, you will translate business objectives into solution designs that span SaaS integration, cloud application modernisation, CRM/ERP workloads (e.g., Oracle), and data analytics ecosystems on Azure.
 
 
 
 
 
 This role requires a proven record of designing and shaping complex enterprise application architectures, enabling cloud-native modernisation, and influencing senior business and technology stakeholders. You will work closely with client executives, delivery leaders, and partner ecosystems to shape and secure strategic transformation programs.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Primary Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead strategic consulting conversations, identifying transformation opportunities across application portfolios, data platforms, and AI/automation strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business and technology requirements into end-to-end solution architectures, including reference models, migration patterns, and capability roadmaps.
 </li>
 <li>
 Architect application modernisation solutions including re-platforming, containerisation, microservices, API enablement, and event-driven patterns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design data and AI architectures including data lakes, MLOps frameworks, and analytics platforms leveraging Azure-native services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate SaaS and enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle, CRM, ERP platforms), ensuring interoperability, governance, and security alignment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop solution proposals, RFP responses, estimates, and Statements of Work in collaboration with pursuit and delivery teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead executive and technical workshops to shape strategic outcomes and drive solution direction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent) to ensure scalable, governed, and value-aligned solution design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a trusted advisor from early engagement through deal closure, ensuring feasibility, clarity, and delivery confidence.
 </li>

 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Extensive across solution architecture, application modernisation, or cloud transformation roles, ideally within global system integrators or large enterprise consulting environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven delivery background before moving into pre-sales, able to demonstrate real-world implementation understanding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience designing application modernisation and integration architectures, including APIs, containers, Kubernetes, and event-driven patterns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Azure application and data services, including PaaS, serverless, databases, analytics, and AI toolchains.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track record in complex SaaS/enterprise system integration, particularly Oracle, CRM/ERP, and industry platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated success in shaping and winning large-scale transformation programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging both C-level stakeholders and senior technical audiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enterprise architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF) strongly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Azure Solution Architect Expert or equivalent cloud certification advantageous.
 </li>
