About the role 
As a Manager for India Payroll, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for 1800+ employees, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and driving continuous improvement in payroll systems and processes. We will count on you to have deep expertise in Indian payroll legislation, strong managerial skills, and a commitment to operational excellence Along the way, you will get to:<ul><li>
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure end-to-end payroll compliance with all applicable statutory regulations, including tax filings, PF, and gratuity. This includes overseeing internal and statutory audits and preparing various compliance reports and trackers.</li><li>
Operational Management: Lead and manage the entire payroll cycle, including all processes for a large workforce (1800+ employees). This involves managing payroll software systems, conducting reconciliations and variance analyses, and resolving discrepancies.</li><li>
Leadership and Team Development: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of 3-5 to ensure high performance, compliance, and accuracy.</li><li>
Strategic Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between payroll, HR, and finance departments. This includes preparing payroll journals for finance and collaborating with external vendors and tax advisors to streamline operations and ensure compliance.</li><li>
Process Improvement and Automation: Drive initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy through automation, process redesign, and the application of AI tools. This also includes leading payroll-related projects such as system upgrades or integrations following mergers.</li><li>
Specialized and Strategic Responsibilities: Manage complex payroll elements like equity-based compensation (RSU and ESPP), ensuring accurate tax treatment and reporting. Prepare and present key payroll metrics and dashboards to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.</li><li>

What we&rsquo;re looking for<ul><li>
Experience: 8&ndash;12 years in payroll management, preferably in a large-scale organization</li><li>
Education: B.Com or equivalent; MBA in Finance preferred</li><li>
Technical Skill<ul><li>
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and payroll software (ADP, SAP, etc.)</li><li>
Strong understanding of Indian payroll regulations and statutory compliance.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Income Tax Act 1961- Payroll Section</li><li>
Sound knowledge of Gratuity Act, 1972, EPFO Act 1952 and other regulations</li></ul></li><li>
Managerial Skills<ul><li>

Position: UI/UX Designer 
Job Duties: 
<ul><li>Design UX ecommerce platforms, with a focus on optimizing user journeys for conversion.</li><li>
Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes by expertly using both Figma and Axure, incorporating advanced features such as component libraries, complex interactions, and design systems to enhance design quality and functionality.</li><li>
Build, manage, and scale comprehensive design systems in Figma and Axure, including use of tools such as component libraries, complex interactions, and design systems, ensuring high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.</li><li>
Create detailed, annotated wireframes and develop interactive prototypes to effectively demonstrate complex workflows.</li><li>
Work closely with stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to gather requirements and feedback, to quickly execute rapid design iterations.</li><li>
Research using quantitative and qualitative methods, including A/B testing, web analytics, user interviews, surveys, and participant observation.</li><li>
Identify opportunities to adapt design approaches to accommodate diverse cultural perspectives and varying user behaviors globally, leveraging experience gained from working in a multinational environment.</li><li>
Position is based out of Chandler, AZ HQ but telecommuting and remote work locations are permitted on a case-by-case basis.</li></ul> 
Job Requirements: 
Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in Industrial Design, Industrial Design and Design Management, Computer Science, or closely related. Employer will accept advance degree if in the same field. 
Experience Requirements: 24 months of experience in job offered, or closely related. 
Special skills requirements: 
<ul><li>Design low fidelity to high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, emphasizing the integration of the client&rsquo;s design system to ensure consistency and clarity.</li><li>
Help build detailed user journey maps and user flows to visualize user interactions and identify opportunities for improvement.</li><li>
Responsible for performing secondary and primary research, such as competitive mapping, benchmarking, observation mapping, interviews, surveys, user journey mapping, persona development, and user flow creation to build a thorough understanding of user needs.</li><li>
Design User Journey Maps, Competitive Analysis, Sitemaps, and Personas to steer design choices, focusing on user-centered results.</li><li>
Familiar with HTML &amp; CSS to facilitate more transparent communication with the development team during implementation.</li><li>
Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage project timelines and ensure smooth collaboration in an agile environment.</li><li>
Use Axure for wireframing and prototyping and Adobe Creative Suite for visual design tasks to create cohesive and user-friendly website interfaces.</li><li>

8 to 12 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles, with a strong portfolio of successfully deployed AI solutions along with at least 2 years in leading the AI/ML team.</li><li>
Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, Py-Torch, Py-Spark and other ML frameworks.</li><li>
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, GANs), NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI and AI model development.</li><li>
Knowledge on MLOps practices and tools for model deployment, monitoring, and scaling.</li><li>
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large datasets in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).</li><li>
