PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT</b></div><br>

The purpose for this position is to assist in daily operational duties at the facility.</div><br>
<div></div>

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</b></div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Responsible for maintaining operations at retail supply location.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Follows maintenance schedule of facility and equipment.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Responsible for inventory and distribution of products.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Drives and delivers miscellaneous products as requested.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Stocks and moves warehouse product and material.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Assists both full-time and part-time operations personnel.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Maintains the facility and equipment image.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Assists in obtaining goals by improving efficiency and reducing costs.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Provides excellent customer service.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Works with location manager on all safety and compliance issues.</div><br>

Follows GROWMARK&rsquo;s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.</div><br>

May be required to drive and run local errands as needed.</div><br>

Performs all other duties as assigned.</div><br>

REQUIREMENTS</b></div><br>
<div></div>

Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof, and 1 or more years of retail related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of basic business principals of inventory management and mechanics.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver&rsquo;s license and satisfactory driving record.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Normally requires Commercial Driver&rsquo;s License (CDL).</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Frequently required to lift 51-70 lbs as needed.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Frequently required to work in extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.)</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Frequently exposed to working conditions may include dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures.</div><br>

Will be required to work hours other than those considered &ldquo;normal&rdquo; to meet seasonal demands.</div><br>

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK&rsquo;s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.</div><div>
