We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented <b>Salesforce Business Analyst</b> to join our team in Irvine, California. This in-office role will work closely with cross-functional user groups to support and enhance our Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on <b>data cleanup, reporting, dashboards, data loading</b>, and <b>Marketing Cloud</b> integration.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Salesforce enhancements and new features.</li><li>
Perform data cleanup and deduplication to ensure data integrity across Salesforce objects.</li><li>
Design and build reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.</li><li>
Manage data imports and exports using tools like Data Loader and Data Import Wizard.</li><li>
Support Marketing Cloud initiatives including campaign setup, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.</li><li>
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and effective use of Salesforce.</li><li>
Partner with developers and admins to test and deploy changes in a structured release cycle.</li><li>
Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and user guides</li></ul>
Qualifications / Education:
<ul><li>3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.</li><li>
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with data cleanup, reporting, dashboards, and data loading tools.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work directly with user groups.</li><li>
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist) are a plus.</li><li>
Experience working in an on-site, collaborative environment.</li></ul>
Skills:
<ul><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.</li><li>
Experience with third-party Salesforce apps and integrations.</li><li>
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><i><br>
