Family Personal Assistant &ndash; Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Family Personal Assistant to support a busy household and its family members. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to manage a wide range of personal and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will help streamline daily life by coordinating schedules, managing household tasks, and handling personal errands with professionalism and discretion.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and coordinate family calendars, including appointments, school schedules, activities, and travel arrangements</li><li>Oversee household operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning</li><li>Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, returns, and other personal tasks</li><li>Coordinate and schedule home maintenance, repairs, and vendor services</li><li>Plan and organize family events, gatherings, and special occasions</li><li>Assist with travel planning, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries</li><li>Manage household documentation, bills, and basic bookkeeping (e.g., expense tracking, invoicing)</li><li>Handle personal correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism</li><li>Maintain organization of files, records, and important documents</li><li>Support special projects and provide general assistance as needed</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment</li><li>High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general administrative tools</li><li>Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines</li><li>Experience with basic bookkeeping or household budget tracking preferred</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation (preferred)</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Nashville, TN 37013
