We are hiring an Accounts Executive to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate financial reports, and supporting the company&rsquo;s financial planning and compliance processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records and record daily financial transactions in the accounting system</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review</li><li>Manage billing processes, including client invoices, credit notes, and trust requests</li><li>Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments</li><li>Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments</li><li>Reconcile bank statements, general ledger, and accounts payable balances</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis</li><li>Prepare reports including profit statements, VAT reports, and receivable aging reports</li><li>Support internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience</li><li>Preferred Certifications</li><li>SOCPA, CMA, ACCA, or ICAEW</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Accounting/ERP software experience (Odoo preferred)</li><li>Strong analytical and organizational skills</li><li>High attention to detail and integrity</li><li>Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Role Purpose:The Senior Associate &ndash; Financial &amp; Risk Advisory supports the delivery of advisory engagements related to IFRA, financial analysis, risk assessment, internal controls, governance, and regulatory compliance. The role involves executing client assignments, preparing analytical reports, supporting risk frameworks, and contributing to advisory projects across multiple industries.Major Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support execution of financial reporting, accounting and risk advisory engagements, including IFRS implementation, risk assessments, process reviews, and internal control evaluations.</li><li>Perform financial analysis, data validation, and documentation for advisory projects.</li><li>Assist in the development of risk registers, control matrices, and compliance frameworks.</li><li>Prepare client reports, presentations, and working papers.</li><li>Support internal audit, enterprise risk management (ERM), and governance-related assignments.</li><li>Coordinate with clients to gather data, conduct interviews, and validate findings.</li><li>Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.</li><li>Contribute to proposal development, research, and thought leadership.</li></ul>JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Qualifications &amp; Experience: <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field / Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, CIA)</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in financial advisory, internal audit, or consulting.</li><li>Strong exposure to financial reporting, financial analysis, internal audit, or governance frameworks.</li><li>Experience working with clients across multiple industries</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Understanding of risk management and internal control concepts</li><li>Report writing and presentation skills</li><li>Stakeholder communication and coordination</li><li>Ability to manage multiple assignments</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
