Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders</li><li>Assist in onboarding formalities including salary account creation and document collection</li><li>Maintain and update candidate records and databases regularly (Excel/HRMS)</li><li>Make initial calls to candidates when required.</li><li>Help organize HR events and engagement activities</li><li>Assist in drafting HR-related communication, letters and forms.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and follow-ups.</li><li>Perform similar administrative tasks as required by the Reporting Manager</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Must have completed studies (Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s).</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word</li><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information</li><li>Eagerness to learn and take initiative</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your joining time?</li><li>Are you currently residing in Mumbai?</li><li>This is a full-time internship.
