The ideal candidate will specialize in drafting and scrutinizing legal documents related to real estate transactions and compliance. This role is critical in ensuring all agreements and contracts are legally sound and protect the company&rsquo;s interests. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate agreements, including sale deeds, lease agreements, joint venture agreements, and power of attorney. Conduct thorough due diligence and scrutiny of property titles, ownership documents, and approvals to ensure legal compliance and clear titles. Liaise with registrars, government authorities, and other stakeholders for verification and registration processes. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to real estate transactions. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, and project management) to align legal documentation with business requirements. Maintain a database of legal documents and track key milestones, expiry, and renewal dates. Provide legal advisory support on non-litigation matters and risk mitigation strategies. Keep updated with real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends. Requirements: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law (LLB); additional qualifications in Real Estate Law or Corporate Law preferred. Proven experience (typically 10-15 years) in non-litigation legal work with a focus on real estate. Strong drafting and document scrutiny skills. Excellent knowledge of property laws, registration laws, and government regulations related to real estate. Ability to interpret complex legal documents and identify risks. Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Non-Litigation Legal Manager (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities:Litigation Management:<ul><li>Handle civil, and regulatory litigation related to land and property.</li><li>Represent the company in courts, tribunals, and before authorities, either directly or through external counsel.</li><li>Draft and review legal notices, plaints, written statements, affidavits, petitions, appeals, and other pleadings.</li><li>Attend court hearings, land tribunal sessions, and follow up with advocates.</li></ul>Legal Risk Assessment:<ul><li>Assess litigation risks in land acquisition or development projects.</li><li>Provide legal opinions and advice on potential disputes or ongoing litigations.</li><li>Recommend mitigation strategies.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Due Diligence:<ul><li>Verify and vet land documents to ensure clear title and legal ownership.</li><li>Coordinate with legal consultants for title search reports, 7/12 extracts, RTCs, encumbrance certificates, etc.</li></ul>Coordination:<ul><li>Liaise with government authorities (Tehsildar, Sub-Registrar, Town Planning, etc.) and external law firms.</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders like land acquisition, business development, and compliance teams.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Record Maintenance:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with local land laws, RERA regulations, and real estate statutes.</li><li>Maintain updated records of all ongoing and closed litigation cases.</li><li>Maintain a litigation tracker and provide periodic reports to management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;1,200,000.00 - &#8377;1,500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
